Why, it’s almost as if it’s July again. Why does this keep happening?!?

Meanwhile, here in North Carolina, it’s rain, rain, every day.

Man-made globalwarming, climate change, global climate disruption/Bush-Cheneys fault.

It’s pretty hot up here in NH. I’ll go outside, scrape the ice off my thermometer, and give you a reading.

Boston and Chicago. Two of the biggest liberal cesspools in the country. Enjoy!

Oh my! It is hot in July!

What we need are some common sense temperature-control laws.

And once again, the supposedly knowledgeable people are surprised at the “unexpected” surge in temperatures as the world moves past the summer solstice, and the physics of thermodynamics continues to work its logical progression.

Large land masses undergo much greater extremes of temperature change than large expanses of surface water like oceans. Temperature extremes do not happen in mid-Atlantic or mid-Pacific.

What’s so stifling?

a little 90+ weather and we are having hissy fits.

For me, I actually love this stuff.

If we don't get T-storms.

We had a substantial storm yesterday afternoon. Epic Fail Lawn Service could probably mow the front late today, because it drains to the street, but there’s still standing water in the back, and I can hear the grass growing with the windows closed!

Although it’s been hot and muggy in Rochester, NY, we’re getting a much needed dry spell. We needed to dry out some as we got drenched in June and the beginning of July and had floods! Our gardens are so lush now and we’re going to get a ton of tomatoes and peppers this year!

There were some hysterical posts on the AccuWeather forum the other day...some college girl was whining about the heat in the northeast along these lines: “I’ll have you know it has been over 90 degrees in Connecticut for three consecutive days...that meets official meteorological criteria for a heat wave. That is really hot, and you could show a little compassion for people in New England.” In short order; this cry from the ‘waaaahhhhbulance’ summoned the folks from Texas and Oklahoma, and fun commenced. The poor thing was pummeled.
