Zactly. But just to show that we are all capable of stupid behavior, I always wore my seatbelt until it became the law. I then did not wear one for something like seven years in protest.

But when they passed the bicycle helmet law, I kept wearing one. I’ve been up to 58 mph on my bike. A helmet is prudent, not that it would do much good at that speed.

it is when people get old that the health care costs skyrocket. people in their 80’s , 70’s etc are always in the hospital . you and your “We shold do something” , “we” collectivism would leave the free maerket alone “your” insuracnce would be lower because the “idiots” as you named them would not wear seat belts and then they would die young and not cost “You” nor “we” any money as only when allowed to live to 70 will they cost anything.
