(CBS/AP) MILWAUKEE- John Henry Spooner, a 76-year-old Milwaukee man, was found guilty Wednesday of fatally shooting his 13-year-old neighbor whom he suspected had broken into his home and stolen weapons. The trial now shifts into a second phase in which the defense will try to prove the defendant was mentally ill at the time of the shooting.

Just read on Twitter that there are hoards of old white people rioting in Oakland, Los Angeles and Milwaukee.
They are all refusing to take their medicine and blocking hallways at nursing homes.

Yeah, from what I’ve read, he’s guilty, guilty, guilty. Did I mention guilty? He’s that too.
The only question is to whether he is sane enough to be legally responsible.
Either way, he need never breath another breath of free air as long as he lives.

Yeah. Our legal system says “not guilty by reason of insanity” I never liked that turn of phrase. I could live with “guilty, but not responsible, by reason of insanity”
