On Huffington Post Live today, Rachel Jeantel expounded on her thoughts on what occurred when Zimmerman and Martin met face to face. "I believe Trayvon hit first," she said. She went on to describe how she believed that Trayvon throwing the first punch was likely caused by Zimmerman attempting to grab and detain Martin. (via Huff Post)

I agree with you. We can’t take her statement as absolutely dispositive that Martin hit first since she has no firsthand knowledge. It is interesting, though, that she would make an admission against her friend’s interests. She must be basing her belief on something. Is she basing it on something Trayvon may have told her on that phone call? Or is she basing it on Trayvon’s history of fighting? Or is she just wildly speculating?

A 3.0 in today's world would get you rides on the special ed bus where I grew up. They teach today's youths nothing but easy to grasp lies. Today's youths also even dress as special eds who do not even know how to use belts.

So, if she now says Trayvon hit first, that must mean Zimmerman Martin actually hit first?

Actually, the EVIDENCE in the courtroom showed that Martin did ALL of the hitting! There were no, let me repeat for you, NO bruises, scrapes, nicks, etc... on Martin; Zimmerman was too busy trying to BLOCK the punches and escape the pummeling to even throw any punches back at Martin.

What Precious "thinks" is immaterial to the actual events, but her thought process is supported by the physical evidence.
