(CNSNews.com) White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said Tuesday that the suggestion that Obamacare is reducing full-time employment is belied by the facts.
After reports that businesses are shifting to employ more part-time workers in light of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Carney was asked if the White House is considering making changes to the requirement that employers with more than 50 employees must provide full-time workers with health insurance. A full-time worker is defined as a person working at least 30 hours per week.

I work for a company that has significantly reduced the number of full time employees and reduced all part time employee hours to 29 hours/wk max!
I think Jay Carnival Barker’s statement should be sent to Jimmy Hoffa Jr. He just sent a nice letter to Reid and Pelosi on the subject. :)

It is in my industry. 29 hours or less per employee per week. We bare-bones Management get to pick up the slack and do their work, too - for no more $!!

I do love my job. Glad to do it, glad to have it. Thankful every day - but those with bad attitudes as we are going into this New World Order are far from happy - and they will be culled from the ranks of the Private Sector and will end up on the Taxpayer Dime.
