"Talking Points" understands the anger towards George Zimmerman. He initiated the fracas. But you don't convict someone of murder because he shows poor judgment or because he racially profiles.

Don’t overlook this little gem in the hoopla: “it is easy to get guns in Florida”.
First off, it may be less restrictive than in some crap hole like NYC but the point is the weapon he had was legal, it was bought legally and he had a legal right to carry it on his person under florida laws and in about 32 other states. GFYBO.

Did Zimmerman even initiate the contact? Wasn't he on his way back to his truck when Martin came upon him?
I keep hearing from blacks that Zimmerman initiated the conflict when he got out of the car. Using that logic, simply getting out of your car whenever any black person is around is grounds for them to beat you to a pulp.

Sometimes, when I watch O’Reilly, I am convinced he doesn’t do his homework. He makes statements that are factually incorrect and interrupts his guests who may have it right. His statement that “Zimmerman initiated the fracas” is factually incorrect if you followed the trial and remember the 4 minutes of silence before Martin threw the first punch. Now, if O’Reilly believes that Zimmerman leaving his truck is “initiation of the fracas”, what does he call the act of Martin throwing the first punch? O’Reilly is a smart guy, but his lack of knowledge of the facts often makes me feel he is lazy in his “show prep”.
The "No Spin Zone" will soon be the "Megyn Kelly Zone", as soon as she gets back from her maternity leave.
Maybe Ted Baxter will take his show to another network that's more suited to him.
Shep has to have some video of someone higher up in the Fox org. He and jerry rivers are prime candidates for msnbc or cnn. Billy boy might be better off at tmz. He’s a fool which is an understatement. Sorry I wasn’t more pithy with my wish to opine.

I sat and watched Ted Baxter ask if there is one person in the country who believes Zimmerman is innocent the other night. He proclaimed the guy guilty. That was the final straw for me. We just cannot watch the POS anymore. He is an ignorant boob.
