Obama on Zimmerman verdict: 'A jury has spoken'

President Barack Obama urged Americans to keep calm in the wake of Saturday's jury verdict finding George Zimmerman not guilty of charges associated with the controversial shooting death of black teen Trayvon Martin.

"I know this case has elicited strong passions. And in the wake of the verdict, I know those passions may be running even higher," Obama said Sunday in a statement. "But we are a nation of laws, and a jury has spoken. I now ask every American to respect the call for calm reflection from two parents who lost their young son."

Zimmerman has every right to SUE President Narcissus and Eric Holder for inserting themselves into the issue (”If I had a son, he would look like TrayBama”) with the intent to create racial division (and thus guarantee that Zimmerman will never have a normal life again and is sentenced to a life of secrecy and fear).

Once THE jury spoke, it became official that George Zimmerman was the victim. And it became official that Trayvon Martin was NOT the victim but was the thug against whose attack George Zimmerman defended himself.

Trayvon fans, get over it. The attacker Trayvon is dead. The innocent victim is George Zimmerman and he is alive having successfully defended himself.

Residents of Florida have been spared the carnage that would have resulted had Trayvon lived longer, put on more pounds, further damaged his brain with an expanding mix of drugs, added more anger to his twisted soul and succeeded in acquiring the handgun he was seeking.

This case didn’t involve gun violence. The gun was self defence. It was fist and concrete violence. Why should we honor Trayvon’s violent behavior, Mr. President?

It was a violent attack by Martin and a defensive response by Zimmerman.

That’s a much better statement than I would have expected.

Obama and the entire MSM owes Zimmerman an apology. Obama fell way short of that. But as we all know, progressives never admit their mistakes. That is why they always progress forward and never look back.

As a typical progressive, Obama is projecting his guilt in the matter. His intentions all along in this case were gun control. He could care less if Zimmerman was innocent. So instead of apologizing, Obama projected his guilt in the matter. Now he can sleep at night.

Here is a view from the front. I went to Costco and it was packed with law abiding citizens shopping for deals. I saw several folks that were not concerned about handguns patterning in the small of their backs while wearing shorts and tee shirts.

On the way home there were some of Obama’s son's in front of a Section 8 apartment that were making gestures with their hands pretending they were shooting at cars going by.

I felt very safe at Costco and was stunned at the sheer stupidity of the Obama sons.

Obama: “A jury has now spoken. I have now directed AG Holder to charge the jury with hate speech crimes. We are sending DHS armored carriers to arrest them up within the hour. We expect they are heavily armed and will resist, so some may not be taken in alive.”
