Fugitive former U.S. spy contractor Edward Snowden controls dangerous information that could become the United States' "worst nightmare" if revealed, a journalist familiar with the data said in a newspaper interview.
Glenn Greenwald, the Guardian journalist who first published the documents Snowden leaked, said in a newspaper interview published on Saturday that the U.S. government should be careful in its pursuit of the former computer analyst.
"Snowden has enough information to cause harm to the U.S. government in a single minute than any other person has ever had," Greenwald said in an interview in Rio de Janeiro with the Argentinian daily La Nacion.
"The U.S. government should be on its knees every day begging that nothing happen to Snowden, because if something does happen to him, all the information will be revealed and it could be its worst nightmare."

If both Greenwald and Snowden are wise, their elimination by default opens up Pandora’s Box.

The "FOUNDING FATHERS " were STATESMEN" Right now , the country is up to our ears in "POLITICIANS" !! True. There are a handful out there, but probably not enough. I'm pessimistic about the future of our country, but I'll keep fighting, along with everyone else here.

Again, let me remind everyone that the media is COMPLICIT with Obama in this Snowden CRAP. If Dubya were in office, the press would be CHOCK FULL of stories and outrage about government intrusion on peoples privacy. The complicity is true. However you're forgetting that W and the rest of his NWO cabal are complicit and in bed with 0bama as well. Go ahead and connect those three dots of just how the magic Kenyan became elected without proper vetting and you have....a "nightmare" come-true.

It is interesting that we don’t hear much about that reporter who was killed in LA.
I imagine if he had information squirrilled away, his movements could have been tracked back and whatever it was could have been eliminated.

I'm not convinced that Snowden's information would harm our country or even that the Guardian is saying it would. Sadly, there is a huge gap between our country and Obama's government. I wouldn't in the least mind seeing some damage to Obama's government from the disclosure of his unconstitutional activities.
You won't see much noise, because Obama and his cronies in the MSM are making sure our attention is diverted with the Zimmerman trial, among other things.
The illegal spying on Americans, the harassment by the IRS, all of that should still be front-page news, but conveniently the MSM is making sure to keep it all off. And you have idjits supposedly on our side, like John McCain, making noise about NFL regulations while the Constitution is being trampled upon.

The Only way Snowden could do MORE damage than Obama was if he released documents saying that the USA has covered up aliens, and even that wouldnt be worse than the damage Obummer has done...
That's a non-story, Obama is too busy trying to give the aliens amnesty ;-)

Worst nightmare would be explicit exposure of collusion between the DNC, the Obama administration, and unelected offices like the IRS and Homeland Security to manipulate the 2012 election.Again -- we're defining "worst nightmare."
The "worst nightmare" is the collusion and collaboration of BOTH parties having already committed treason and amidst current bloody plans to replace the US Constitution with a "World Constitution".
US sovereignty would then be eliminated and folded into one more nation comprising a "United Nations" with subservience to the supreme authority of a One World Government.

I take it that if something happens to Snowden, he has set up a method by which all the information he has will be released. All these secrets will be out for all the world to see. These secrets could be all our CIA operatives, their locations, secret operations, etc, etc, etc.......everything our govt does not want others to know.
I doubt those secrets are about specific operatives, that's far too low-level for what is being hinted at. It would be devastating to us in the short-term, sure, but human assets are constantly being replaced on quite a few levels.
No, I think that what is being hinted at is a lot higher-level. I would have said the Information Awareness stuff that Bush and Poindexter wanted back in 2002-2003, but it's pretty clear that we either have it already, or it wouldn't take much to put together. I think it's going to be much bigger. Now it could be Bush/Poindexter got their ways secretly and did implement the massive database on all American citizens, and that would certainly be massive, but I don't know if that rises to what's being hinted at.

Whom would you trust more? 0bama or Putin? For that matter, 0bama or ANY other leader?

Voting Machines are the ultimate tool for dictators. I have said for years that polls are ran for one reason, to prepare us for the results.
Now that's an interesting thought. There has been a push to have fully electronic voting, with just a few vendors involved with selling the systems to the whole country.
It's hard to say without veering into tinfoil territory, but then again, if you told me a few years ago everything that Snowden has leaked, I would have said you need to put on more tinfoil.

I think Greenwald is sending the warning that if Snowden is gone, the info gets released. Only with Snowden still alive does the information continue to be secret. i.e. he has to log in with his biometric data every 24 hours or the info is automatically emailed to major news networks....just a guess.
IOW, if Snowden is gone, he can’t stop the release of all the info.

I think what Snowden has may well be the basis of treason trials for hundreds in government, should We the People ever regain control.

little jeremiah ~:" And people infected with the normalcy bias think those of us who arent similarly infected are insane weirdos. "
They call us the "tinfoil hat" crowd.
However, when the SHTF , they will be those who will be on your doorstep saying :' We never saw it comming' !!' Can you help us ? '
They worship false idols ( 'THINGS'): Money , power , gold, stocks ,cars, credit , electronics , expensive residences,etc.,etc.
But they lack 'spiritual soul',belief in God, and/or basic skills, manual skills , willingness to work , need for entitlements,
And your response should be "What do you bring with you, to sustain yourself and your family " ?
"I cannot afford parasites ~ For what have you prepared" ?
"How prepared and able to sustain yourself are you ?"
And you maintain your OPSEC !..and watch your six , because there will be 'trials and tribulations', and moral decisions to be made ..

Because McCain said so? Carney? 0bama? Krauthammer?
If Snowden has already given the world a taste of the type of info he possesses, it indicts and discredits the .guv by name (Greenwald: "information to cause harm to the U.S. government".) The "harm" is within the realm of Snowden's area of expertise: surveillance. The "harm" exposes the degree to which the guv has been trashing the Constitutional Rights of the citizenry instead of terrorist "types."
It is clear any such "damage" is NOT to the American citizenry -- which eliminates the "jeopardized US security and intl operatives" bait the media and .guv shills hope is taken hook line and sinker.
