Before hooking up with a girl, you might want to check her track record of calling the cops on her former boyfriends.

A woman was finally jailed after having five of her former boyfriends arrested on false rape allegations.

Leanne Black, 32, of Wales, United kingdom, made a series of false accusations of rape against five men over a period of eight years.

Whenever one of her boyfriends wanted to break up with her or when they got into a fight, Black, called police and made false rape and sexual assault allegations, which lead to the men being arrested.

Never once heard of a rape charge that stuck made by a wife.

I suppose it might be somehow possible but I haven’t heard of it. A jury would have a hard time with that one.

There was a case in SC where a future ex-husband called his soon- to- be ex wife and asked her to come over to get some belongings. She did and was tied down and raped over several days. I believe he even videotaped it. He was not charged with rape because, according to how the law was written, wives were property. This was changed very soon after. This was in the late 1980s?

i don't know about convictions, but i know the law is on the books and men will still have to jump through all the same hoops as if they weren't married if the wife lies on them

If a woman is found to have lied about a rape accusation the punishment should be commensurate with that of what would have happened to the man had he committed the rape. That is the fair way to treat these pathological women that use their feminism to get revenge. If they want revenge that bad they should have to risk more than just a slap on the wrist for something that would have destroyed a man’s life and future.

Glad I missed meeting that one!

That is a highly unusual situation, and obviously when you are tying a woman down and refusing to let her leave you are committing a criminal act.

My point remains. Marry, then have sex. There is not a jury in 1000 who would convict you under normal circumstances if you are married. The tie down situation is hardly normal.

No evidence for your assertions. How many married men have been convicted of raping their wives in the past ten years? I doubt any.

That's a very good point.

After she has cried wolf so many times, and after she has become infamous, she has made herself a target for real predators.

Any bad actor who recognizes her has a get-out-of-jail-free card against her.

My policy has been to not tie a woman to the bed unless she asks me nicely.
