This is not just directed at psychiatrists, but at all physicians including pediatricians. In other words, if your child confesses that Mommy and Daddy have a gun in the house that could conceivably be considered the actions of mentally defective individuals and you could be disarmed. Once we are disarmed we cease to be citizens and become subjects.

Many doctors are setting up cash only practices. They don't accept any sort of insurance. That seems like the way to handle this situation. Of course, hospitals and their staffs are another matter.

pediatricians have ALWAYS done appropriate evaluation...this includes observation, hands on manipulation, having the child respond to instructions....have you not sat in the room with your child at a docs visit????

98% of American Doctors take some kind of oath, most either the Hippocratic or the Geneva Declaration. The Hippocratic says:
I will respect the secrets that are confided in me, even after the patient has died;
The Geneva Declaration says,
What I may see or hear in the course of the treatment or even outside of the treatment in regard to the life of men, which on no account one must spread abroad, I will keep to myself holding such things shameful to be spoken about.
It seems to me Obama is forcing the entire US physician community to violate their oath:
If I fulfill this path and do not violate it, may it be granted to me to enjoy life and art, being honored with fame among all men for all time to come; if I transgress it and swear falsely, may the opposite of all this be my lot. (Geneva Declaration)

Never experienced a doctor doing that at a young age. I think for a sports physical (older) there was a quick check, but I wasn’t in the room at that age.

Makes me wonder how I ever grew up. As soon as I could crawl I was on the back porch playing with my Dad’s old rusty guns. My toys consisted of one little wooden truck and whatever was on the porch. My folks just assumed I knew how to use the guns and they never ever scolded me or otherwise got on my case about it. My Dad even made sure I had a few fired cartridge cases to play “load/unload” with. And I can only imagine how much fun would have been had if some quack had got on the folks’ case about how much firepower was in the house.
All the time I keep thinking back to my Junior High School Civics where they said “ checks and balances” woule NEVER let us get in the current situation. I ask myself “what is congress doing” and then I see Boehner, McConnell, McLame, Lindsey, Rubio and I recoil in disgust at how these people got into positions of trust. I then think of the courts and recall the many, many cases where it has been obvious that the courts had different agendas contrary to the Constitution, and how these “judges” were let slide. Now I see how you get on the slippery slope to tyranny, yet almost all Americans are blissfully ignorant that we are at a tipping point.
You gotta be kidding me. Holy smoke I had no idea about any of this. Are they are required by the fascists to ask this?

That's a good question...that I failed to ask.Remember,this is Massachusetts so it could very well be required by the *state* Marxists in order to keep one's medical license.In fact,knowing this state as I do I'd bet the clothes on my back that that's exactly the case.
