pediatricians have ALWAYS done appropriate evaluation...this includes observation, hands on manipulation, having the child respond to instructions....have you not sat in the room with your child at a docs visit????
Never experienced a doctor doing that at a young age. I think for a sports physical (older) there was a quick check, but I wasn’t in the room at that age.
