Learn radio, learn how to create basic radios and stockpile parts. They may be able to monitor but they can’t pinpoint without a constant broadcast. Mobile HAM radios are cheap.

The POTUS has always had command and control over the broadcast and telecommunications networks, this is nothing new. It’s just sloppy thinking to believe that he or anyone else can “control the airwaves”. Only Mother Nature can do that.
