Today, July 12th, is DAY #24 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.

Today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument. Then the prosecution rebuttal.

Civil rights can only be violated by government, not by private actors.
It must be “under the color of law”.
Also, there must be “class based animus”

idk...not watching...only following thread in between laundry and bill paying. Maybe doesn’t want to make the screaming a big issue in jury’s minds.....?

I’d love for the jury foreman to stand up at the end of the charge and say, we don’t need to deliberate....not guilty all charges say us one and say us all.

I don't think so at all. *THAT* particular bit of drama, for all intents and purposes, is a complete wash. SF thinks it was TM and Mrs. Zimmerman believes it to be *her* son. No way to accurately tell by voice alone, so it needs to be taken into context with other available evidence. Nothing more than that...
