You are right. Following the law and doing something good for his community. A good samaritan, keeping the neighborhood safe.
And now he is undoubtedly awake, worried beyond belief for himself and his family.
I’m in CA, praying for George.
I know. Let’s pray for peace for him and his family until the verdict comes in..hopefully the right verdict. My first words to my husband this morning were “I bet George Zimmerman didn’t sleep a wink last night.” I almost feel guilty that I did sleep last night, knowing his life is on the line.
I just feel like there is no way the jury can decide on anything but a not guilty verdict. I just don’t see any other possibility. I hope I’m right.
I’m so glad to know there are prayers going up for George Zimmerman this morning! Let’s keep the vigil going everyone!
I don't know of anyone who's laughing anymore about America.
We're in deep trouble...badly divided.
Real Americans just want the Country to return to its foundations...those who hate us (the Left, the Takers, the Muslims) just want us and America dead.
I’m thinking a guilty verdict by this all female jury, which more likely than not has a Democrat majority and believes the emotional drivel from the prosecution that poor little innocent Trayvon (who looked like Obama’s son) was stalked and attacked by mean old “White Hispanic” George Zimmerman.
No to mention that these women know they may be tracked down and attacked.
Being on this jury may be dangerous.

Just watch how the fact that he got out of the car to follow Martin plays out...
I will remember you said it was insignificant.

And now I come back to you to see if you are man enough to apologize.
I made a simple post about the interrogation tape. I said it was a problem and that MOM needed to try to repair the damage. I GOT RELENTLESSLY BLASTED .
Everyone who did so now should see that WHY GZ GOT OUT OF THE CAR IS THE CENTRAL THEME OF THE CASE. His inconsistent statements about why he got out of the car were a central theme to the case, as well.
It is so significant that West wanted a Jury instruction about the legality of following someone. When that was not granted they resorted to using a graphic for the jury.
Whether or not you think GZ should be convicted - the FACT is that a more skilled prosecution team and a different jury could decide to convict GZ .. You can bet that if this goes to trial again they will not let GZ testify without cross examination.
I hope that he gets an acquittal because as Bill , the talking head lawyer pointed out, Prosecution typically succeeds the second go around.
You were so off the rails that you even came to a thread and proclaimed that a tweet by Geraldo Rivera was actually MINE.
When that didn’t work, you tried to claim that you don’t know what tweets look like (hard to believe that a lawyer doesn’t know- especially one that reads a site where they are often posted) and that I must agree because I didn’t comment.
Again, RIDICULOUS given that people copy and paste many things on FreeRepublic INCLUDING ENTIRE THREADS with no comment.
The Bottom line is that with all of your self proclaimed legal experience you didn’t know the central issue.
I suspect you did but you just wanted to BATTER me and pretend I didn’t know what I was talking about...
I doubt you are man enough to apologize. You exemplify why so many people hate lawyers. For all you know, I am married to a Judge who saw right to the heart of the case. I am not but you don’t know anything about me.
What you do know is that I zeroed right in on the central theme of the case without ever seeing the opening arguments.
This post is TO ONE PERSON. I don’t want a bunch of people responding because I don’t want another round of having to respond to people
I want a public searchable record to see if this lawyer is man enough to apologize. He surely didn’t when he accused me of writing a tweet and said it shows why no one should listen to me.
“Whats that? Sympathy post?”
Yes...it’s called “Arrest George Zimmerman.” It’s sickening what they write. It’s full of lies, yet right now there are 43,737 “likes,” which are supporters.
As you can see by my previous post, it’s based on lies...those that the media and our administration started last year.

I hope he feels a little peace from our prayers.
Bobby Lee this, Bobby Lee that! Im sick to death hearing about Bobby Lee! You think he would do a somersault and land in our Rear! Stop thinking about what he will do to you and start thinking about what you will do to him! Bring some guns up here!" - Ulysses Simpson Grant
Still going on with that?
Get over yourself. A man’s freedom and life is at stake.
Whether you were right or wrong is not the important issue here.
This thread isn’t about you.
Liberal juries are notorious for Not Guilty verdicts in the face of overwhelming evidence of Guilt. Thus if these are liberals they have an innate propensity for Not Guilty.
If they consider the evidence [and lack thereof] then it will be Not Guilty on both charges, no what their political persuasions.
If they don’t consider the evidence then all they have to make their decision is on the state’s opening and closing arguments — and those are not evidence.
Fear of riots was not part of the evidence or even the opening/closing remarks and any juror who expresses that as a reason for her decision can be dismissed, and if I were on the jury I would drive that point home to her and if need be seek her dismissal if she persisted.
See the thread title.
Day 24 is over.
And I said, don’t respond but you couldn’t resist. That post is SPECIFIC TO ONE PERSON TO SEE IF HE IS MAN ENOUGH TO APOLOGIZE
Bert Dilbert from CTH:
My biggest disappointment of the trial.
Officer Smith who was in charge of logging the crime scene. Three times she referred to the Watermelon as tea and was allowed to get away with it.
After the third time officer Smith did this, West should have asked why she misstated the evidence 3 times and what influenced her to do so. This would have stopped the narrative cold in the first days of the tiral. Instead the prosecution carried the iced tea to the very end.
The defense can claim that race is not a factor in the trial but not calling out the iced tea is proof that council was affected by race in the defense of Zimmerman.
If this is to one person then keep it off the main board.
And where do you get off telling FReepers when and to whom we can post.
Again I say, get over yourself.
No -he attacked me in a public searchable record and I am going to post in public searchable forum. For a reason.
I waited until Day 24 was over and the case went to the Jury.
No one else needs to respond. Your response just drags it out, eh??? Not necessary is it???
Plenty of people were wrong but they didn’t proclaim to be Super lawyers with a lot of experience.
In all sincerity, you need to get some help.
Last resort..rely on an insult about someone’s psychological state, eh??
