You cant even imagine what a rarity that is in the food-deserts (and parent responsibility deserts) of the cities and many 'burbs too

You know, they not only foster parental responsibility deserts,
they RESENT the idea that YOU think you should be responsible for your children.
That’s a lot of the leftist argument when you propose that people should be responsible for themselves - they say that people can’t be responsible for themselves, and imply that you are a bigot, not for expecting them to be like you, but simply for being responsible yourself.

Yes indeed. And the only reason I bought my lunch those last three years was because I was forced to do so. The school district had a policy forbidding us from bringing our own lunches. Government always knows what's best for us, doncha know.
