They are so incredibly hell bent on throwing this guy in jail I wouldn’t be surprised if they charge him with littering next.

Shes grasping at straws....he was defending himself...how is THAT manslaughter? But, Im no lawyer.
Actually, this week a lawyer chimed in. He said what you and I said. He was defending himself against potential great bodily harm. The best the state can hope for is a hung jury even on manslaughter. I suspect most, if not all of the jurors think that Zimmerman is a completely innocent man that found himself up against a young thug with too much hubris. To send him to prison to satiat a bit** judge makes no sense. That would be the opposite of compassion - and a total lack of respect for the law.

Holder must have sent the judge a message that ended in OR ELSE.

"Looks like Zimmerman is going to prison where hell be forced into general population. Hell last all of 30 minutes. Any juror who votes to convict, after knowing all the facts laid out, should have a special place in hell awaiting them."
I suspect that the jurors have been told in whatever indirect way is deniable that they either convict Zimmerman or the community with the Obama DOJ in the shadows will convict them and carry out a sentence.

The jury is more than likely scared they will be targeted by the Obama administration if they say not guilty..IRS,and many other things the Muslim could do..And of curse the thugs he let loose on Florida could kill and get away with it..

Yes.

Is it legal to charge the accused with another offense while the the trial is proceeding? What next, driving without a seatbelt?

This country is finished. It is still America, but not as it was founded, the Fed Gov is massively corrupt and have more power than the founders ever envisioned.

Hopefully this jury is smart enough to realize what is going on here and will acquit on everything the fascists throw their way. Daaaamn, I wish I was on this jury.

I doubt the all 6 on the jury agree to manslaughter.

This trial is a load of crap. The judge is obviously trying for any possible conviction.

I agree, the bar may still be high, but its not as high as it was last night.
Well, the bar was 10 feet. Now it’s only nine feet.
Unfortunately for the prosecution and Chris Farley their case was only 3.5 inches.

If they are a real jury, not one handpicked for a show trial.

It has been very obvious that this Judge sides with the prosecution from the start.
To: Perdogg
I predict at worst a hung verdict. No way that 6 white women can come to convict a man for shooting a black punk who’s beating him into the ground.
