Congressman Kenny Marchant (R-TX), whose district includes several areas around Dallas and Ft. Worth and who is a member of the House Committee on Ways and Means and its Subcommittee on Oversight, received a letter from a reader over at Obama Release Your Records, who goes by the name of “Dougster” venting his frustration and desire for articles of impeachment to be brought against Barack Hussein Obama. Marchant replied, stating that Obama is “under the most scrutiny” and being investigated by the House, the Senate and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Marchant indicated that as he views what is taking place with the investigations it is important for him to know the views and concerns of his constituents.
“I share your outrage over the multiple scandals involving the Internal Revenue Service, the State Department, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Justice, and other agencies under this Administration,” he wrote. “Each is alarming and each warrants a high degree of scrutiny.”
He went on to elaborate that when articles of impeachment are introduced, the House Judiciary Committee has jurisdiction to consider theme and collect critical information. From there, they would decide whether to move forward with charges that amount to “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”
If those things were settled, those articles of impeachment would then be presented to the House for a vote and, if passed, be sent to the Senate where a 2/3 majority vote would be required to remove Obama from office. Frankly, unless the Democrats believe they are going to be taken down with Obama that is not likely to happen.

I doubt this very much. Would that be the same FBI that reports to his buddy, Holder, and hasn’t yet interviewed a single Tea Party official, in spite of an investigation supposedly going on?
Take back the Senate next year and it’s on!

Even if nothing comes from this, the House MUST march forward with impeachment hearings because our Constitution requires it when we have a traitor-turned-Dictator for a president.

When we examine Obomba’s response to the murder of four Americans in Benghazi, and why he took such extraordinary collusive steps to conceal evidence, and why he thought Americans would swallow the lies spread by Hillary and Susan Rice, we reach several conclusions:
(A) Obomba is positioning himself as a “global savior”-—saving the world from Islamic fanaticism. His remarks at the Dem convention WRT “Al Quaeda being on the run and Islamic mastermind Bin Laden being dead,” were not casual off-the-cuff remarks-—these words foretold his coming agenda.
(B) Benghazi was not supposed to happen on his watch-—it disrupted his plans. Ergo, Obomba went ballistic-—he was ready to say and do anything to save himself. He launched a full-scale offensive-—but failed to factor in the US govt staff in Benghazi who refused to go along with Obomba’s version of events.
Obomba had bribed the radical Muslim Brotherhood w/ billions of tax dollars-—he had also bribed several Islamic states-—sucked up to Morsi-—talked of the sap-happy “Arab Spring” and obviously had a range of plans in the works to establish himself as “world savior.”
Alas, Benghazi and now Egypt effectively dashed Obomba’s plan to command the world to kneel in obeisance to “Savior Obomba.”
DOWN BUT NOT OUT “The savior” is now colluding w/ his pals——Third World tin pot dictators-—conspiring in ways they can save his sorry ***.

Constitution? What Constitution? The Law and the Constitution are like a patent... only valid if it is actively pursued and defended.
There is only one way to return to the rule-of-law and Constitution. It won’t happen with this bunch in Washington.

I’m not anywhere near “prayer warrior” territory, but I do believe that simply asking God to set us right and then set us free from the villains who have become our leaders is appropriate.
Judging from Scripture, He prefers to act when all the decks are stacked against his people and victory seems impossible. He allows evil men to huff and puff before he wipes them off the face of the earth. His power is made perfect through WEAKNESS!
With the IRS in charge of Obama’care,’ the United States of America will become totally controlled by corrupt politicians at the Federal level, IOW we will be a Communist State.
We need to create as much civil disobedience as legally possible, because our sorry Congressional RINOs will not Impeach Obama for violations of the US Constitution or Dereliction of Duty.

Obama will use HIS Bureaus, HIS Executive Orders, and HIS Military to “preserve, protect and defend” Obama’care’ in order to insure the complete financial destruction of The United States of America, by “Fundamentally changing the United States of America.”

Wouldn’t it be ironic to find hussein was never eligible on constitutional grounds to be president after all.
Or even that he’s a sleeper agent for al Qaeda.
