Today, July 9th, is DAY #21 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday was the first full day of defense witnesses. Perhaps the most significant of the first set were the two police officers who stated Tracy Martin, Trayvon’s father, said on 2/28/12 the cries for help on the 911 calls were NOT Trayvon. Later in the day Tracy Martin took the stand and essentially said the two detectives were lying. A great analysis of the events from yesterday is available HERE.
What additionally strikes as important to us is the first signs of desperation from the original nucleus of the Scheme Team construct, Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks – attorneys for the Martin family. Parks appeared on Piers Morgan show last night and the video should be watched by anyone who knows how the scheme was constructed.
We accept that Mark O’Mara is conflicted in this case, and he is trying to walk a fine line between presenting a defense to a case built on political pressure and outright fraud; Yet simultaneously avoiding exposition of both the politics and the fraud itself.
The intentionally avoided open doors exposing the fraud creates anxiety for those of us who know what is inside the room he is avoiding. Our prayers are that his passing those wide open doors is based on prudence [within an unknown strategy]. However, our fear is the hasty and politically correct avoidance might cause him to pass by the room holding the key to George Zimmerman’s ultimate ‘long-term’ freedom.
It should be noted the NAACP Annual National Convention starts in Orlando on Friday; Additionally, preparations are being made in/around Miami-Dade for a Wednesday defense wrap up with a community/LEO preparation meeting today.

They should be. That’s why whenever you travel somewhere where you wish not to have a permanent record, turn off phone and remove battery.
ZombieMoronProsecutor suggests Trayvon’s stepmom is the fighter and sent the texts rather than Trayvon.
Now that’s a load of crap... Mantei insinuating that since St. Trayvon didn’t pay the bill the messages may not be his.
Disingenuous considering that the phone was in THEIR possession and they did everything in their power to keep the information on the phone from the defense — contrary to their legal REQUIREMENT to turn over all evidence, including exculpatory evidence.

George Zimmerman’s Lawyer Wants Jurors To See Photos Of Handgun, Pot Plants Found On Trayvon Martin’s Cell Phone

In a bid to muddy up Trayvon Martin in advance of trial, a lawyer for George Zimmerman has released photos of a handgun and marijuana plants that were found on the late teenager’s cell phone.
In a court filing today, attorney Mark O’Mara listed documents and images he “intends to introduce into evidence” during the criminal case against Zimmerman, who has been charged with murdering Martin. The 17-year-old was shot to death in February 2012 by Zimmerman (who claims that he fired in self-defense while being attacked by the unarmed teenager).
Included in the photos that O’Mara says he wants jurors to see are two images extracted from Martin’s Huawei phone showing a Smith & Wesson handgun and clip. In one photo (seen above) the weapon appears to be held by the person who snapped the photo. The second photo shows the gun and clip atop what appears to be a soiled mattress.
Two other photos from Martin’s phone show potted marijuana plants.
O’Mara has also notified Florida prosecutors that he will try to introduce text messages from Martin’s phone. Those messages include exchanges dealing with Martin’s suspension from school for fighting and his mother’s decision that he needed to move in with his father (from whom she was divorced). “My mom just told me i gotta mov wit my dad,” read one November 2011 message that was followed up with a text noting, “She just kickd me out : (.”
Other texts on Martin’s phone appear to refer to his use of marijuana and the offer of a gun.
Days before Martin was killed, his father sent a text with advice about how his son should behave and show respect. “Show them that you a good kid and you want positive things around you. Be a big brother and not a DONKEY …… LOVE DAD.”

If the judge disallows this testimony to be heard by the jury, we all ALL know for sure....
that the fix truly IS in.
So if they let it in, the State will say that TM can’t testify to that because he’s deceased.
