There are always two stories in America. There is the one that comes from Obama’s mouth and then there is the truth. The truth of the matter is that this administration was “all in” on a Muslim Brotherhood controlled Egypt. You can’t trust a word they say now that Morsi has been overthrown. Although I have little doubt that Obama would gladly throw Morsi, or anyone else, under the bus for his own benefit, we should not be so sure that this administration is done with The Muslim Brotherhood. There are reports coming from a very respected journalist in the Arab world that Anne Patterson is turning up the heat and vowing to apply pressure:
Evidence that the Obama administration is unhappy with the Egyptian people’s liberation from Muslim Brotherhood rule continues to emerge. As reported today by Youm 7, according to Muhammad Heikal — “the Arab world’s most respected political commentator” and for some 50 years a political insider — soon after the overthrow of Morsi, U.S. ambassador Anne Patterson assured Hisham Qandil, who hours ago was Egypt’s Prime Minister, that “there are many forms of pressure, and America holds the keys to the Gulf.”
Such blatantly pro-Muslim Brotherhood assurances by Patterson are consistent with many of her other actions in Egypt, which have led most Egyptians, including politicians and activists, to refer to her as a Brotherhood stooge. Among other things, in the days leading to June 30, she called on Egyptians not to protest — including by meeting with the Coptic Pope and asking him to urge the nation’s Christian minority not to oppose the Brotherhood, even though Christians have naturally been the most to suffer under Morsi, especially in the context of “blasphemy” accusations.
Thus, and once again, the Obama administration makes indubitably clear that its primary interest in Egypt is to see the Muslim Brotherhood stay in power, the Egyptian people’s will — the will of tens of millions of secularists, liberals, moderates, and Christians — be damned.
News from the Arab world last week was that Anne Patterson was accused of being part of a Muslim Brotherhood “sleeper cell.” Regardless of the veracity of that accusation, which was made by a former member of Egyptian Parliament, we have to realize how much effort this administration had put into supporting Morsi and the brotherhood.
So what do you think? Are we done? Or is this administration just putting its money on a new horse from the same stable?
That is the fear of many. If you see Obama start to strongly support a new leader in Egypt you might be looking at another potential terror-loving-tyrant. Let’s not forget that there is strong evidence that Morsi is responsible for Benghazi and Obama was his accomplice.
It’s a very convenient time for Morsi to go I would think. The evidence was starting to mount and now he is gone.
Egypt is not our ally. Morsi was Obama’s ally but he was not America’s ally. The people of Egypt generally hate us and so do their political leaders. It’s great that we had the chance to send jets, tanks and 1.5 billion dollars into this mess. I would have hated to think that the chaos was not properly armed.

I very much dislike the President and voted against him twice.
Despite the fact that it would be easy for me to just say, he's a Muslim, I have no proof that he CURRENTLY is a practicing one. His policies certainly LOOK like he is, yet I see little proof. Why didn't Rev. Wright come out and say BHO was a practicing Muslim and I have no idea why he attended my church services?
As a convert to Christianity (supposedly) the Islamic penalty is death so why is not Islam calling for his immediate death sentence?
Again, I am so depressed by his policies and his so-called leadership. I wish the American people had not been duped but to just say he's a Muslim seems a bit far-fetched...EVEN THOUGH he seems to put the MB high on his support agenda.

The last 5 years have been Hell.
A few years ago, and I believe it was touched on a thread today about whether 0bastard is a Mozlem or not, there were some videos by an Egyptian Christian, who called up the Trinity Church and asked the phone answerer about Mozlems in the Trinity Church.
I watched the videos. THe answerer said that many of the members of the Trinity Church ARE Mozlems. Wright used to be a member of the Nation of Islam. The Trinity Church was basically a NOI outreach/political organization gussied up with some “Christian” trappings.
The fact that 0bastard has recited the shahada (supposedly if you say it 3 times that makes you a Mozlem), has recited verses from the Koran in perfect Arabic, went to a Mozlem school, said that the sound of the call to prayer is the prettiest sound on earth, said he’s side with Islam should the winds blow against Mozlems, said at the UN that the future does not belong to those who blaspheme the holy prophet of Islam, bowed to the Saudi King who is the offical keeper of the Mozlem “holy places”, and on and on and on - if that doesn’t convince you, nothing can.
Of course he’s a Mozlem, if not in ritual practice, in loyalty, belief and most of all, action. He’s hired Mozlem Brotherhood members and jihadis to the government. He’s invited them to the WH. He’s supported the most vicious Islamic groups since he got elected. He outwardly favored vicious Islamic groups and under his administration all mention of Islamic terrorism has been removed from all training materials in the military and FBI (for starters).
Far fetched that he’s a Mozlem? He’s not even who he says he is - he’s a stealth trojan horse - fake name, fake parentage, fake documents, fake president. His entire purpose is to destroy the US for the benefit of Islam and communism and “brown people”.
People better freaking wake up and realize that he’s a puppet figure head for absolutely evil people - a willing tool - and there is no compromising, working with this POS. If we had some real opposition in dee cee I’d be a lot happier.
At least outside of the US it looks Egypt, Israel and a lot of other US allies completely understand that he is undermining all their interests and are basically ignoring him completely.
What worries me is how he has abandoned our ONLY RELAIBLE and STABLE ally in the Mid-East, Israel in her hour of need vis the Iranian Nuclear project. I've always attributed much of Obama’s anti-West policies int hat region as basically being the policies of Carter's Zbig Brezhenski...
