Israel is in quiet, behind-the-scenes talks with top-level officials in the United States and in Egypt, aimed at coordinating strategies in case of spillover violence from the ousting of President Mohammed Morsi.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke Thursday with Secretary of State John Kerry on the telephone about possible policies. And Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon spoke with his U.S. counterpart, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel, while Public Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch talked with U.S. National Security Adviser Susan Rice.

Israel, meanwhile, also quietly sent an unnamed government head to Cairo to talk with senior intelligence agents, The Times of Israel reported.

Kerry, Hagel, and Rice are at the helm.

Pray for Israel.

I'll trade Kerry, Hagle and Rice and a trillion dollars for Netanyahu, Ya’alon & Aharonovitch.

Secretary of State John Kerry

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel

National Security Adviser Susan Rice.

Three idiot Communist traitors in key positions of power.

Obama really picks them. Let’s hope that their Israeli counterparts called to warn them not to come out too strongly for Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood, or they would do everything they could to embarrass them politically through their media contacts—such as they are.

With that lineup of American traitors, there is no hope for anything good to come from the meeting.

Israel and the Egyptians would do well to huddle amongst themselves and avoid taking advice from the genius who runs our State Department. Following his advice and the advice of the administration he represents, will only result in more tragedy/farce.

Oh good grief. Kerry and 0bama are kayaking...they aren’t playing a meaningful role at all in Egypt at the moment, and the “spillover” violence is trivial by Egyptian standards.

Just 17 dead and tiny counter-protests.

For Africa, this is calm.

I imagine Hagel has been telling Israel that their only hope for survival is to have a few “gay pride” events.

Just 17 dead in Egypt? No wonder Obama isn’t worrying. That’s a typical weekend in Chicago.
