The city of Sanford, Florida, already has a secret law-enforcement plan to deal with potential riots and unrest in the wake of a possible acquittal of George Zimmerman. Miami has efforts to keep the peace underway as well.
Across America, pundits and analysts have been warning that a not guilty verdict in the controversial case could set off an explosive wave of deadly violence rivaling the mass riots that ensued following the 1992 Rodney King trial. If mayhem does strike, analysts say the establishment media, President Obama, and assorted race-profiteers would bear much of the blame.
Well before the verdict is announced, agitators and provocateurs are already using social-media services to broadcast their intentions to unleash chaos and death. One Facebook page being investigated by authorities, for example, was entitled RIOT for Trayvon. In its description, the page read: They dont think we will tear this mutha ----- [expletive deleted] up! LIKE IF YOU READY TO RIDE! LETS FLEX OUR MUSCLE! WHAT, YOU SCARED? Other pages brazenly call for murder.
On Twitter, meanwhile, violent messages from self-styled Trayvon Martin supporters have also been calling for violence, mayhem, and killing if the jury refuses to convict Zimmerman of second-degree murder a prospect that appears increasingly likely as the prosecutions case implodes. Twichy, a site that compiles tweets related to major news stories, collected a sample of some of the messages, more than a few of which include racist remarks aimed at Zimmerman, whites, and Hispanics.
If #Zimmerman get off ima shoot the first #hispanic/white i see, reads one such message. "Trayvon Martin need justice! Gimme me tha pistol ill kill Zimmerman myself!" says another. "If Zimmerman win, I'm gonna go kill a white a kid by mistake," reads a third.....

The media reminds me of the trouble making women that hang out in bars, they spend all their time stirring trouble and then act surprised when a fight breaks out.
When New Orleans is 10 feet underwater, people are looting "essentials" like HDTVs and beer.
Uh, Einstein, what's a 52" TV gonna do for you when there's no power?
And for God's sake what are you doing stealing COUCHES?
During the OJ trial, there were angry chanting mobs. Those are absent this time.
Good opportunity for the media centers to burn.
Then they'll learn why they shouldn't bring bats to an AR-15 fight.
Not even the usual race hustlers are as guilty as the media this time. It made national news some 3 weeks later because someone decided it needed to be national news.
The prosecution sure didn't prove its' case. That's what upsets me about the judges decision. She said they did.
Her career is over.
Anticipated? or promoted! Riots would surely sell papers and would reinforce the Left whiteracism fantasy.
Yep. Funny how an angry, agitated rioter can transform to a “satisfied”
rioter in a matter of minutes.
LOL
True, to an extent. I have faith in the jury that was seated. While I say this tongue in cheek, I believe it with all of my being: The jury selection was brilliant - for the defense. Think about it, who more than women hate to be 1.) Taken for granted, 2.) Assumed to be bleeding hearts, or 3.) Told what to do? Not happening. That jury is going to make up their mind and not satan himself could change it or guilt them into a different outcome. Sure, the decision to proceed with this prosecution was a political decision in the state AG's office with the full support of plenty of Federal agencies and the Justice Dept., but the jury still holds the key, and women are not leary of stomping on throats when necessary.
The prosecution's case was weak, on a level that is difficult to comprehend. Their own witnesses appeared to be defense witnesses. This case is going well for West and Zimmerman.
Yes, the racial riots are going to occur - they will make the Rodney King riots look like a small weekend party. That is to be assumed, at this point. Get ready, with the impact that social media has to fan the flames, it could get interesting quickly.
Well after 5 minutes of excrutiating deliberation the not guilty verdict will come down. Riots to commence immediateley.
If you live near a big city LAL and shelter in place. :-)
“Rioters are much more organized than they used to be, thanks to professionals in their “communities” doing the organizing. “
And cell phones connected by “private” twitter accounts.
As many here are organized and share info about prepping, other groups can be just as organized and plan mayhem. Part of that, as you mentioned, is that the Powers That Be will close gas stations once the fun starts. Wise rioters plan ahead.
The judge did no such thing. Her ruling merely says that the state presented enough to meet a prima facie burden - nothing more, nothing less. Her ruling offers no opinion on what is to be inferred from the evidence which has been presented. The defense motion was SOP, as was the judges ruling.
Many of the riots will be organized in the Whitehouse.
Pray for America to Wake UP
Jorge mom seemed to be an unusual shade of white. Sadly I have not seen this level of race talk since the early 60’s. I guess MLK’s legacy was forgotten along time ago.
“When the riots break out, my prediction
is they will break out in front of Audio/Video stores. “
Some poster above suggests that today’s rioter, equipped with good commo and recce with leadership involved, might hit malls and posh downtown areas. I think there is something to that. Rioters burning their own neighborhoods could be the result of poor planning and lack of effective leadership.
You are correct as far as looting, but I think the “mistakes” of the 1992 LA riots won’t be repeated.
You've got that right. Some of the attitudes here remind me of the folks who rode out in their fine carriages to observe the First Battle of Bull Run (First Manassas).
They expected the conflict to be entertaining and amusing. But it wasn't.
