State Department admits Kerry was on yacht day of Egypt coup

(CNN) - After the emergence of photographs showing Secretary of State John Kerry on his 76-foot yacht “Isabel” on Nantucket Sound on Thursday, the State Department issued an embarrassing correction Friday morning, back-tracking and acknowledging that the Secretary was in fact on the yacht on Wednesday, the day the Egyptian military staged a coup against democratically-elected Egyptian President Mohamed Morsy.
Originally, State Department officials were quick to deny a Wednesday tweet from CBS News’ Mosheh Oinounou that: “A @CBSThisMorning producer just spotted Secretary of State Kerry on yacht in the Nantucket Boat Basin. No response when she shouted ‘Morsi.’”

State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki issued a statement Wednesday saying “any report or tweet that he was on a boat is completely inaccurate.”

Except for the fact that the elected Socialists delegate their power to the unelected bureaucrats who further the Socialists' policies or make up their own.
I have come to believe that it is the various abc agencies (including cabinet level lackeys) and their entrenched bureaucrats that are as serious a problem to our Republic as the elected officials.
They lately, seem to have no accountability and keep pushing the envelope. At least elected politicians some times are concerned with public opinion and/or the next election. The appointed don't seem to care, until they get busted like Lois Lerner of the IRS, and then claim the 5th. Pfft.
It's all over but the crying or sporadic revolt by patriots, which I believe will be put down post haste to set an example.
Obama won't be in the WH forever, but I believe the mechanism for Marxism is now being widely accepted by low-information voters. They keep getting stuff, even from GOP, and will not give it up.

Really? You folks want to keep talking about Kerry on his boat when I extrapolate that to the bureaucratic extremes within our Fedgov? No wonder I rarely post here. Some of you are too wrapped up in minutea. The SOS on his boat while Egypt is imploding? You think he didn't have the resources to talk with the Obama/WH during that event? Of course he did. Ever hear of a cell phone?
Some of you are correct that he had knowledge of the Egypt situation; some of you think he didn't because he was on his boat. Really? He knew either way. Just like Holder/Obambi knew about "Benghazi". They are all briefed by their chiefs-of-staff as a crisis unfolds. They either react or ignore such intell.
A spokesmen was opposed the idea before he was for it.
Answering another reporter, the spokesmen stated, "In his short tenure to date, Secretary Kerry has put his stamp on this department."
Obviously they thought it was a big deal otherwise they would not have denied it.
“WHERE is the torpedo with that yacht’s name on it?”
My buddy - a very conservative guy - is on that boat every July 4th.
Try not to torpedo it during this holiday weekend...He’s a good man.
