Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

But the Jury SHOULD already know. The Cop and EMT tried to find a pulse, found none, started CPR.
You don't give CPR to 'live' people.
However, the Defense can prove exactly when after the shooting the pulse was taken.
We don't know exactly how many seconds after Trayvon was shot that he died. No one knows exactly when. And I fail to see how it matter to the Prosecution's case.
Fact. Suicide, accident, disease were all ruled out. He was intentionally homicided.

Well, there is a thing called “shock”. You can be mortally wounded and not feel any pain whatsoever.

No mention of the toxicology report yet. Just pure speculation on TM’s pain and suffering, how long he probably remained alive, and how he could have gotten those cuts on his hands two hours BEFORE he was shot. In other words, quite a load of manure the prosecution is expecting the jury to choke down.

Verses, a man defending himself from possible death at the hands of his attacker.
What’s your point TF, We all know it was homicide, were you led to believe something else?
My Dad is a retired Firefighter. In the Boy Scouts as a kid, my Dad trained entire Scout Troop in CPR, as he was a Red Cross Instructor. In High School, a class mate suffered a motorcycle accident, hitting a telephone pole stump at a local park, during a race. I gave FULL CPR for over almost an hour with no help at all. I got him the hospital, he lived 3 days. Then I was in the Marine Boot Camp a week later, where they again “taught me” their version of CPR. Then I went to college and became a certified EMT, and did volunteer work for the Red Cross at sporting events.
Then I again gave full CPR at an automobile accident, and that guy also lived for 3 days.
In both cases there was massive facial bleeding.
In both cases, doctors and nurses told me that they would have let him die, if they had been on the scene.
I think I know what I am doing but thanks for your concern.
According to one report because the blood samples were improperly drawn by the ME, the lab was not able to do a valid tox.
