Somebody help me out here as I missed something. I thought the autopsy was out from the pre trial motions. What happened? Is the tox screen in?

No mention of the toxicology report yet. Just pure speculation on TM’s pain and suffering, how long he probably remained alive, and how he could have gotten those cuts on his hands two hours BEFORE he was shot. In other words, quite a load of manure the prosecution is expecting the jury to choke down.

According to one report because the blood samples were improperly drawn by the ME, the lab was not able to do a valid tox.
