Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today – A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as y’all have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they won’t even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot – where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvon’s body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial ‘motions in limine’ to exclude the defense bringing it up, O’Mara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

I can tell you, brother was mostly honest.
When he testified about thinking it was TM voice now, he was lying.
It was more than obvious...should have been to the expert.
But he was very uncomfortable about the lying... and my guess is he normally tries to be an honest person. He has not convinced himself enough that it was TM’s voice to be able to be able to believe what he was saying....and come across as believing his own lies. He knew he was lying and his body language betrayed him.
The ME has nothing here...This is just more convoluted garbage...

You are right. This ME is a terrible witness. I hope MOM rips him a new one and challenges him about his prepared testimony. And how do you spell soot - SOT or SOOT, he has spelled it both ways now.

Same thing happened in my trial. The ME kept reading ahead and the judge kept stopping him.
Local radio talker (Keith Larson, WBT, 1110, Charlotte, NC) just said that George called 911 simply because he saw a black guy. Makes me sick.
The ME has no clue how long Martin was alive after being shot....Total pure speculation...

Martin’s mother didn’t raise him, she left that up to others and he turned into a gangbanger that stayed in trouble. She claimed the voice she heard was “her baby”. Robert Zimmerman, Sr, the father of George Zimmerman, is a retired US Army officer, a Vietnam veteran. He is also a retired Virginia Magistrate. He says the voice he heard was his son George. I’ll take the testimony of a retired US Army officer, Vietnam veteran ANY DAY OF THE WEEK over a woman that didn’t have to deceny to raise her own child. It’ll be interesting to see this retired Army officer take the stand in defense of his son.
The Police and EMT have testified that they tried to find a pulse on TRAYVON, they found none.

Ohhh so he was alive for 1 to 10 minutes but couldn’t move after shot. Isn’t that convenient.
