It brings an appeal into reality because the ME said the THC could have an effect.

This insures that in case of a conviction this loony judge will be overturned on appeal on everything except her chair....and probably that, too. Analyst says undoubtedly irreversal error on part of judge for her ruling....and it would mean a new trial.

Since the ME thinks it pertinent that the jury hear about it maybe West can get him to slip up and mention the toxicology report....

He may have smoked the weed ealier but he was under the influence at the time of the incident. Those are facts that need to be known by the jury as it directly infuences Trayvons actions.

It is a disgrace the THC info is kept from the jury (along with prior bad behavior of TM, even if that is normal)

Yeah, i got excited for nothing. I REALLY don’t like this judge; i just hope she shows that obvious bias in front of the jury.

And since I’m only watching the trial periodically, I’m not understanding why in heck the defense can’t tell jury TM was stoned, plus other ways the judge is tying their hands. I’ll figure it out later. I can only watch this in spurts ... it pisses me off to watch all the media and judge bias.
