This is typical government bull**** from a bunch of commie government bureaucrats. If the military doesn’t have the money to celebrate the 4th of July in America, where did the Pentagon get the bucks to hold a Tribute to the Sexual Deviants in Afghanistan?
We were fortunate today to spend time at the local military rec camp, got a pass in from a friend that is with the band that was playing. How nice to be around military folk on this day, and we even had fireworks.
Well, that’s so much less business for Chinese fireworks factories... why does nobody bother with US fireworks any more, they could be easily built by robotic equipment I would think.

Robins AFB in middle GA is having it’s city wide concert, but moved it to Sunday, because it’s raining hard all the time. Hope it lets up by Sunday!
It’s not the military doing it, but we’ve always had the military band there and a flyover (at least sometimes) and strong support, cheering, flags, etc... between the two. I wonder what it will be like now.
