If the newly gay-friendly Boy Scouts were paying attention last week, the may have caught a glimpse of their future.
According to USAToday, [1] Girl Scouts marched in San Francisco’s infamous gay Pride Parade “for the first time.” Celebrating the “boost” that the DOMA and Prop 8 rulings gave to the Pride Parade, the article quoted Girl Scout parent Del Gregor, who brought her 11-year-old daughter to march in the parade, as saying that she wants her kids “to be able to tell their children they were a part of this.”
"By the time they're grown up, their kids won't believe there was a time when gay people couldn't get married," Gregor continued.
Another Girl Scout mom, Sandy Holmes, who accompanied her 11-year-old daughter Ariana, rejoiced at participating in "such a historic occasion.”
USAToday touted the Parade as being “the largest ever” at 1.5 million attendees, a celebration which including “loud music, dancing and varying degrees of risqué dress.” A Youtube video confirms [2] that Girl Scouts did, in fact, march in the parade, which was led this year by Edie Windsor, the woman who fought to have DOMA struck down by the Supreme Court.
But really, it’s sort of surprising this didn’t happen earlier. Unlike the Boy Scouts, who endured years of media bullying [3] before they caved to the gay agenda, the Girl Scouts happily welcomed transgenders in 2011 when they opened their ranks to boys who “identify” as girls [4]. Not to mention that the Girl Scouts have had longstanding ties to abortion-giant Planned Parenthood [5] that even some of the Girl Scouts’ gals have had problems with. [6]So marching in a Gay Pride Parade isn’t too big of a shocker after other such blatant support for the liberal – and specifically LGBT – agenda.
Maybe they can get a pin added to their sashes for that.
For the benefit of parents, godparents and grandparents, ping!

As a scout at that age I’d probably be more about keeping my shoes clean than what the parade was about. I doubt much has changed. If they put you behind asses, you still gotta watch your step.
Is it any wonder the democrats keep winning with idiots like sandy holmes allowed to vote?

Based on his actions, Gregor's children may not have children, nor will he have grandchildren. Instead, his children likely will bring home a vulgar, heavily pierced & tattooed queer & a bad case of STDs.
I have seen pictures of what really happens at this parade. Basically the pictures showed homosexual men having group sex on the streets with the only barrier between them and everybody else being the crowd gathered around watching. That is not publicized but that is what the mothers are exposing their little girls to. Disgusting.
Well, in case you didn’t know, there was already plenty of pro-abortion in the girl scouts too. Believe me, it’s pretty likely the same girl scout groups that promote abortion are letting their girl scout troops in the pride parade.
I stopped buying their cookies when I found out that a portion of their fundraising efforts go to fund abortion, after being laundered by the Susan Komen Foundation. I wish I could stop buying them again..
I can’t believe that parents not only put up with this evil, but that they endorse it!
Are we going to see local chapters of the GS having their cookie sales to raise money so that can travel to this ‘Gay Pride’ parade? I imagine so.
Also did MSNBC give live coverage of the parade, kind of like the Thankgiving Parade? I wonder why not?
Never mind tossing the cookies...another reason not to buy them from the GSA. I’ll toss them back in their faces and tell them why I won’t buy them!!
