Its not a language, it is ignorance. They make excuses for it. Everything that corrupts and is wrong will be normalized, while the normal is called hate and offensive.
Why would language be different?

Blacks are their own worst enemy. Whenever any one of them from the hood tries to climb out, they are either dragged down by the bros and hoes or ostracized for acting white.

God destroyed the tower and dispersed the people through language diversity. To rebuild the tower, Satin’s sons need to normalize and standardize the language down to the least common denominator. Text messages anyone?

In Europe it is considered impolite to speak dialect in public instead of in the common tongue, unless one is sure that everyone present speaks the dialect.
I once called 911 here in Philly (don’t remember the indecent) but after several attempts, i asked the person on the other end of the phone to speak English because i could not understand a word she said.
