Today, July 2nd, is DAY #17 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Today Detective Chris Serino will be back on the stand. [Yesterday ended] on the stand with Chris Serino, who was the lead investigator for the Sanford Police Department on the Trayyvon Martin shooting.
Defense counsel Mark O’Mara led cross-examination with his usual consummate skill, obtaining responses from this witness–remember, the State’s witness–that all but completely guts the State’s charge in this case.
Among the key revelations so far: Zimmerman was always completely cooperative, open, and straightforward with all the police investigators over many weeks of multiple interviews, both in person at the police station and phone. If they were not witnesses to the event, how could they offer evidence about it? Of course the judge would go along with it but I don’t think it would be admissable.
I don’t need to explain why I think it’s creepy. That’s my gut feeling or opinion. I think your very personal comment about me and my father however, was totally out of line.
Right now Baldo is getting just as much testimony about GZs statements to the event, as can be found. He is hoping the discrepancies will equal lying. He is getting as much GZ testimony as possible, probably in an attempt to force the defense to out GZ on the stand.
What’s the point of posting something on FB if no one can see it?
It was posted the night before DD testified. Time and day posted are recorded at time of post. Case closed. Only related to DD in the minds of those who ass-u-me!

this is a desperation motion.
The state has nothing and are just trying to be disruptive and interfere with defense attorney’s representation.
It is very poor form.
It is a frivolous motion and that itself should sanction the state attorney.
But your FB friends can take your pics, screen shots of them, whatever....
Oh no. Zimmerman’s toast now. He dared to mention God and God’s plan.

I’m not defending the action — it was dumb — but since when do his DAUGHTERS give up THEIR rights as citizens because Daddy is a criminal defense lawyer?
Remember the TV interview she did where she said she didn’t think GZ intentionally shot her son? She said she thinks it was an accident, the retracted her statement later because Crump had a fit.
I have no doubt that she has been “creepy” brainwashed by Jenteal’s words.
After the prosecution rests...
There is so much stuff the defense can cover it isn’t even funny. Well actually it is.
They might even get “fight moves” experts to testify. There are so many things that have been brought up but not really discussed at length that I believe things will possibly explode BEFORE there is a verdict just because everyone will know what it would have to be.
Glad they are playing this....I think it works for GZ

absolutely...that is why it would be interesting to see if this was a private or public picture...
it would also go to show her intent of whether this was a private insult.
