Today, July 2nd, is DAY #17 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Today Detective Chris Serino will be back on the stand. [Yesterday ended] on the stand with Chris Serino, who was the lead investigator for the Sanford Police Department on the Trayyvon Martin shooting.
Defense counsel Mark O’Mara led cross-examination with his usual consummate skill, obtaining responses from this witness–remember, the State’s witness–that all but completely guts the State’s charge in this case.
Among the key revelations so far: Zimmerman was always completely cooperative, open, and straightforward with all the police investigators over many weeks of multiple interviews, both in person at the police station and phone. When I was 6 I fell off the tailgate of a moving pickup truck landing on the back of my head. Only external injury was a small cut not more than 1/4” in length. Probably much like the cuts on G.Z.’s head. Didn’t discover the 7” skull fracture until three days later when I told my Mom that noise on the school bus made my head hurt.
Why was she fired exactly??

I (foolishly) jumped in the middle of a one hit bar fight and stopped the guy from hitting again-the one guy was out on his feet-I could see the hit guys eyes glaze over and roll back into his head -so I jumped in when the guy started to hit him again and I blocked his arm. The guy that got hit fell down in slow motion and knocked over a stack of empty beer cases...he spent 3 days in hospital from one blow to head. If he had been hit again its possible he might not have survived. the guy that got hit was drunk and started it...
Fired was an improper term. It wasn't stated by either side.
Corey HIRED her as an INTERIM medical examiner. She didn't go back because of 'problems' with management at her previous employer.
When someone tells me they had 'problems' with 'others' on the job, resulting in their not going back, It's usually not the others who are the problem.
Anyway, that is what she actually said, so judge it for yourself.
State accuses of GZ of criminal intent because he actually went to class got an A. He should have played hooky like Martin and they would have approved.
Since “Stand Your Ground” does not apply here, but rather, Self Defense...why are they bringing this up? To show he lied about not knowing what SYG is?
Want to prove GZ was an expert because of classes, in various self defense and stand your ground areas. Will prove he knew how to act and what to say after shooting

The Judge sure is having a hard time RATIONALIZING to O’Mara why she is allowing such a HUGE FISHING EXPEDITION.
If they wanted to do something, they can start recall petitions because Angela Corey is in an elected office.
As an EMT I have treated a patient who had fallen out of a truck bed on to the pavement. There was really nothing to see on his head, but he, in fact, died of head injuries. He was unconscious. Fell about 4-5 feet from a moving truck. This women is full of sh!t.
