Today, July 2nd, is DAY #17 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Today Detective Chris Serino will be back on the stand. [Yesterday ended] on the stand with Chris Serino, who was the lead investigator for the Sanford Police Department on the Trayyvon Martin shooting.
Defense counsel Mark O’Mara led cross-examination with his usual consummate skill, obtaining responses from this witness–remember, the State’s witness–that all but completely guts the State’s charge in this case.
Among the key revelations so far: Zimmerman was always completely cooperative, open, and straightforward with all the police investigators over many weeks of multiple interviews, both in person at the police station and phone. Yike! In Red England; the judge would be considered ‘hot’ by their standards.
That is a common thread lie that the left has been telling all along (that GZ was told not to get out of his truck or to follow TM...and by the police). And it is just one of MANY lies that the left has told for the past year. But the left is not bright enough to discern the difference between their lie and “We don’t need you to do that” (follow TM) told by a 911 operator/dispatch.
He was under pressure from fellow officers in his dept, who were favoring "Justice for Trayvon". If Zimmerman gets off, partially because of Serino's testimony, then Serino will be targeted by his "brotha" officers.
What exactly, with specific examples, needs to be fixed? I’m sure by your prior responses you will not answer except that your hair is on fire and oh my this must must be fixed.
The entire trial is a problem for the defense. We all acknowledge that. Each witness is a problem, we acknowledge that because GZ needs an attorney. The overall process of the case so far seems to be convincing the other side that there is no evidence to convict. The amazing thing is the defense has not presented yet.

You can’t ignore something O’Mara is doing just because you don’t like it.
And like it or not..WHY GZ got out of that car is important to the case of the Prosecution and O’Mara knows it even if you don’t AND that interrogation tape as a whole is a problem even if you don’t agree.

I was thinking that as well... is the jury in the courtroom? I expect if they are - it won't matter what the judge rules - the jury heard the truth from the witness - PERIOD!

I get the feeling the judge is going to grant the motion. She is all in for the prosecution.
