This is why I say it is looking more and more like one of the two is probable:
1. The prosecution are incompetent boobs that should never have passed the bar.
2. They are “throwing the game”.
I’m beginning to strongly believe it is the latter.
You left out
3)The state didn’t have a case to begin with, but were responding to the race baiting hustlers.
Perhaps the prosecution will end with this summation... "And this, folks, is why the authorities declined to file charges in the first place." ;^)
And as long as Jenteal leaves out what she must have heard the clearest..."You got a problem?"....It goes to speculation.
Sorry but when you put a man on trial for murder with threats from mobs that he better be convicted, its not throwing the game. They are gambling with a man’s life because they are weak, pathetic, soulless, gutless, etc etc.
