Thought you guys following the trial might want to review this and have the link handy.
Executive Summary? My computer no likee pdf.
He died a thug with only 10¢ in his pockets. Yet so many young blacks aspire to be just like him or just like what he wanted to be.
Gunshot
Abraision on finger (left hand)
THC in blood.
Thank you. I figured he was doin’ chronic.
Normal body in all ways - bullet stayed within chest - only other abrasion was a 1/4 X 1/8 inch on 4th finger of left hand
Of interest is that powder marks show his shirt was well over an inch from the skin when the bullet passed through indicating that he was leaning forward over Zimmerman.
No mention of bruising on knuckles that we heard a while back.
“THC in blood.”
So Zimmerman was right again, Martin was acting a little weird. How did the “child” afford to buy pot? Couldn’t be from robbing houses, could it?
Where is the toxicology report?
I would be interested to know if it was high grade MJ, because that is not cheap by any means at all.
I was wondering about that as well.
Thanks. I noticed in the summary portion that it says GZ started the confrontation. It then says they were fighting. It then says GZ shot the subject and subject fell to the ground. I paraphrased this. While the report is heresay, it is based on notes, verbal reports etc... Defense should have those notes to impeach.
The main report says stippling is 2 x 2. This would clarify that they were in close contact and not standing a few feet apart[.
While I don’t think this will be necessary, it should be explored as to why the Prosecution has changed the circumstances of the case.
An abrasion on the 4th finger of his left hand.
Will that not do for your interest in hand injuries?
My research shows the level of THC in his blood indicates marijuana use within 4 hours more or less or a regular user.
He should not have been impaired.
Good catch!
What/who says Zimmerman started it? Kidding me? What kind of a medical report is THAT? The rest of what you paraphrased sounds just as ridiculous.
Punching a face doesn’t bruise knuckles.
I once had to punch through the side window of a ‘67 oldsmobile to get to the face that I was punching without bruising my knuckles.
Somebody with more knowledge than me will have to state whether or nor his level was high, residual whatever.
One across the teeth can do it without necessarily knocking out the teeth.
