In the larger sense it suspends immigration enforcement permanently, but in the practical sense, we get a state of lawlessness for 2.5 years.
A provision in the “Gang of Eight” bill would amount to a 2.5-year-long law enforcement holiday, during which time law enforcement will be forced to suspend deportation efforts against criminal illegal aliens and allow them to apply for legalization.
What that means is that while illegal immigrants “come out of the shadows,” as Gang of Eight members like to say, and fill out their applications for legalization or amnesty, enforcement of America’s interior immigration laws will be suspended completely. Essentially, the bill’s provisions create a few-year-long period of suspeneded immigration enforcement immigration while illegal aliens apply for legalization.
What could possibly go wrong from introducing a state of lawlessness while claiming to be fixing a broken immigration system by breaking in ten times as much?

It is really going to be a 30 month surge as every Mexican with two feet tries to make it across and submit paperwork. If you think proof will be required that illegals were residing in the U.S. for a proscribed period of time, just look at the Dreamer executive order. The news has said lately that ICE dropped background checks due to demand. The truth is that from the outset ICE agents were ordered not to question any claims to dreamer status.

Why is that OBummer ignores our nations sovereignty or our country’s borders ?
Why is he encouraging Hispanic illegal immingrants ?
Why is he encouraging a southern border invasion by advertizing benefits and entitlements ?
Why did he and his henchman allow “Fast and Furious”, running guns across the border to Drug Cartels ?
Why is the U.S. Govt. continuing to prosecute a small family business for “should have known that Federal agents were lying” ?
Why has the U.S. Attny General lied to Congress ?
Why has the Director of the NSA lied to the American people, or given “the least untruthfull answer”
Why has the president decided to provide monies to support energy in Africa while he declares a war on out most abundant resource ?
Why does he go on $100 million dollar international trip while sequestration and austerity deminishes our military and defense ?
Why has he raised the national debt, outspending all previous presidents and administrations , to dizzeying heights ?
Why does he limit oil exploration ?
Why does he wage a “War on Coal” , America’s most abundant natural resource ?

Because he is singlehandedly trying to bankrupt the Nation.
