One day after the Senate passed its immigration reform bill, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin warned the House on Friday to not betray working class Americans by passing a bill that will lower wages and raise unemployment without securing the borders.
"Now we turn to watch the House. If they bless this new 'bi-partisan' hyper-partisan devastating plan for amnesty, well know that both private political parties have finally turned their backs on us," Palin wrote in a Facebook post that also urged Americans to read the Breitbart News piece that detailed the importance of the working class vote. "It will then be time to show our parties hierarchies what we think of being members of either one of these out-of-touch, arrogant, and dysfunctional political machines."
Palin called the "amnesty bill the Senate passed yesterday" a "sad betrayal of working class Americans of every ethnicity who will see their wages lowered and their upward mobility" as well.
"And yet we still do not have a secured border," she said. "This Senate-approved amnesty bill rewards lawbreakers and wont solve any problems--as the CBO report notes that millions of more illegal immigrants will continue to flood the U.S. in coming years."
Palin said independent-minded conservatives like her are "barely hanging on to our enlistment papers in any political party" because the "flip-flopping political actions like amnesty force us to ask how much more bull from both the elephants in the Republican Party and the jackasses in the Democrat Party we have to swallow before these political machines totally abandon the average commonsense hardworking American."
Palin has signaled in recent weeks that she is not going to allow Washington politicians to betray America's working class, especially if they specifically campaigned to put border security first and vote against amnesty.

I have staunchly believed third party talk is extremist, and we should fight to fix the Republican party, but after watching Rubio, Ayotte, and Heller among others betray their base, I am not sure this is possible any more. If Boehner caves to the Democrats on this issue, I think some influential, and solid conservatives like Cruz, Lee, and Palin could make a really good start on a conservative party. And, I honestly think, if that party fielded candidates that stood for something they could make an impact very quickly. But at this point, I am beginning to think something drastic has to be done because we cant trust any of the elected Republicans to stand on what they campaigned for.
I love how she uses expresions such as *working people*. This is what delivers the vote. If you look at most Republican candidates, they look like stiffs. They do not have any humanity and they deliver their speeches as if they are standing in front of a corporate board meeting. They have no soul. Sarah has soul. I hope she is for real and not just another slick talker who knows how to read her audience but based on what I have heard so far it looks like she is the shephardess gathering her conservative flock together. We need more people like her. She can be the center of conservative America. Dump the nasty turncoat Grover Norquist and replace him with Sarah Palin.
The voice of the prophetess.
I pray for DeMint to challenge Graham. He'd WIN!! We loves our DeMint, but there are some hurt feelings that he quit.
It's a one-party state now.
We're better off just taking that as a given, and making sure everyone who votes as a traitor to those who elected him/her is primaried. I know longer care if a dem gets that seat....it's easier to fight than it is when it's your side that puts you down.
Republicans lose everything if the HOR lets the immigration bill come to the floor? Good. Let something Libertarian and constitutional emerge to fight it.
I really don't want to be part of the party of Rubio, Graham, Flake, McCain, Ayotte and the others who traitored us.
Senate Conservatives is the PAC that helped - along with Sarah - to give us Sen Cruz and Sen Lee. (I know, they've also supported candidates who've, sadly, turned out to be lying betrayers - like Rubio and McFlake, but, they also have their redeeming Senator's, too.)
Here's what they've said about Sen Grahamnesty...
Note: SCF will not endorse Lindsey Graham because we have a policy against endorsing incumbents. SCF seeks to identify and elect new leaders to the U.S. Senate.
It's a start. Now, we just need a brave CONSERVATIVE to challenge his sorry bum...paging Trey Gowdy...
It would be feasible IF the Libertarians, Constitutional, banded together with dismayed Republicans and Conservatives.
The GOP would eventually wither away.
Palin putting the Dumb Party on notice, pass it and get ready for the Tea Party to primary your A$$
But, but, but I thought only the poor could wage class warfare.
The minute I heard she had bought a home in AZ, I had to wonder if she wasn't setting up to bring down McCain! Wouldn't that be terrific!
Palin’s exactly right to steer the discussion away from slogans and emotion and back to a place where conservatism does much better - reality.
Passing amnesty would be a crossing the Rubicon moment. I could never again support a republican due to the actions of McCain, Grahamnesty, etc.
I saw the RNC co-Chair, Sharon Day, being interviewed about the RNC group pushing for more women candidates...*Women on Right, Unite!*. She would NOT answer the question of why the RNC did not lift a finger to defend Sarah or Michele Bachmann...when they've been under assault - even by their own party!
She kept gurgling up worn out RNC phrases and platitudes, but would never answer that question.
Also, take a look at the RNC website. It seems to be dedicated to pandering to "groups", rather than even mentioning issues important to Americans. The RNC has become a BIG joke.
Sarah has soul. I hope she is for real and not just another slick talker who knows how to read her audience but based on what I have heard so far it looks like she is the shephardess gathering her conservative flock together.
No need for your concern, FRiend. Sarah is the real deal.
Sarah fired two shots and both are in the X ring. She's Right On!
GOPe better take Sarah very seriously, she is no fool. There are a lot of voters that only know what the MSM tells them however that is changing quickly. I imagine many of those voter will be quite shocked to discover Sarah Palin an very smart lady with uncorruptible principles.
My take is she would pull just about all constitutional conservatives, most of the fiscal conservative and lots of social conservatives from the GOP. I think a lot of working class democrats would follow her too. In short the Reagan coalition.
But the real question the GOPe should be asking themselves is, would anybody even care who the GOPe candidate is with Hilliary and Palin in the race?
I'd be willing to bet that Piper is pretty adept at handling a firearm by now.
Yesterday I asked how come the Republicans can’t attract the no-nonsense, hard working Asian community. They go Democratic.
Perhaps the “working class” angle is an answer. Immigration (legal and illegal) represents competition that will lower living standards for those here. Just ask the drywall installers in California after southern immigration took away their jobs.
Representing the “working class” may work. Even those of us who are threatened by the H1B visas. Industry wants to expand the supply of H1Bs to reduce labor costs.
ALL the listed traitors must be primaried.
Not sure which ones are up for reelection in 2014, aside from Linda Graham.
Trey Gowdy would be fabulous in Linda’s US Senate seat.
Alexander (R-TN)
Ayotte (R-NH)
Chiesa (R-NJ)
Collins (R-ME)
Corker (R-TN)
Flake (R-AZ)
Graham (R-SC)
Hatch (R-UT)
Heller (R-NV)
Hoeven (R-ND)
Kirk (R-IL)
McCain (R-AZ)
Murkowski (R-AK)
Rubio (R-FL)
2. If the open primary allowing Dims to crossover and vote for Lindsey in the Republican primary is the problem as some have said, maybe the right conservative could run as an independent.
3. Run a stealth conservative in the Dem Primary. So if Lindsey wins the primary, at least there will competition for him in the General election.
Amen.
