China's military is doubling in size every five years.And their navy is growing fastest.The Butchers of Beijing know they have nothing to fear from Europe or the US.They also know that the USSR will quietly support them.Fear of Japan? They're rolling on the floor after hearing Japan's threats.
1) The actual manpower of the Chinese military has been declining for many years now. They're trading worthless mobs of conscripts for higher-tech weapons.
2) I'm a professional naval analyst, and in a head to head matchup, the Japanese would defeat the Chinese Navy. WITHOUT the help of the US.

The Japanese Navy is very dedicated, professional and very very good. There technology is some of the best and so are her ships and crews.

I can't help thinking that a war between Asian nations would be extremely non-conventional by Geneva standards.
I'm thinking that "Atrocious" would define it.
This world has been subject to similar atrocities and the left closed it's eyes to them and the victims.
This would not be something such people could ignore.
