Wendy Davis strode onto the floor of the Texas Senate chamber on Tuesday in rouge-red running shoes, and came off it early Wednesday morning as the Democratic Party

I must say that I listened to Kirstin Powers and Monica Crowley yesterday with Megyn Kelly.
I’ve always thought Kirstin was a liberal egg head, but it was refreshing to hear her and Monica on the same page regarding this legislation.
How is it that this senator, (planned parenthood and ACLU), can misrepresent the facts on this? I’m a physician, but it should be very clear to anyone reviewing this law that it is written to protect women who are having abortions in Texas...PERIOD.
1. It is not restricting abortion to just 5 clinics.
2. It is establishing a gold standard for abortion care.
3. It is establishing a gold standard for the physician performing this procedure.
4. It reduces the cut off for abortion to 20 weeks from 24, (I believe I heard this right).
5. It does allow for abortions after 20 weeks if the fetus is deformed or if it has serious medical problems.
The bill protects women and a healthy fetus. This senator, in essence wishes to kill healthy fetuses.
BTW-Did I hear this right? 70,000 abortions are performed each year in Texas at a cost of $1000 each? $70,000,000 I think that pretty much sums up the opposition, does it not, Folks?
Maybe Wendy could twist the heads off a few newborns to sate her blood lust. Or just do the world a favor and commit seppuku.
Won't that change under the latest SC ruling on the Voting Rights Act?
I sense she just painted a bullseye on her derriere.
As an advocate for the mass slaughter of innocent children at death mills, her inner evil is more readily apparent in the picture above. She has all the charm of Ted Kennedy.
Today, she stated that she only staged the filibuster because it was so near the end of the session that she could run out the clock but that she would not be filibustering in the new session because there was no chance of stopping the bill from becoming law. I suppose she would contend that hers was a principled stand but in reality, her self aggrandizing stunt cost the taxpayers of Texas the considerable sum necessary to pay for another special session and did her cause no good.
That is the buzz in the Republican camp.
It just says she went to work at 14 to help support her single mother
What does that say about Ann Richards that she would put her daughter to work at age 14?
FOLLOW THE MONEY...
Quite the opposite treatment by the “news” media that Rand Paul got in his filibuster, eh? Could it have to do with their respective parties and that the “news” media are the propaganda arm of the Dem party?
Well, that would be classic statism by cultural Class/racism. The variable target populations- become well conditioned to accept all possible behaviors, and thus, accepts no consequence of responsibility. Run a few generations of such, and you have the perfect slaves of the State.
What pisses me off about this besides the fact that she was speaking for murder of babies is that when the Republicans filibuster it is terrible, but when democrats do it, they are put up as a hero. Something is not right.
She looks a bit like actress Dyan Cannon on the downside
Well that picture does not do her justice. She is a very good looking young lady who is a nasty person inside. I would rather be the most ugliest person on the outside and be right with God on the inside. Too bad she does not feel she needs to be right with God. Her behavior is especially surprising coming from Texas.
Everyone knows it’s Windy.
She might be a star outside here in Texas, but as far as I am concerned she pissed on the will of what at least 60% of the people in this state want.
Hadn’t seen that red flused face and nose view. My $2 bet is that she is a drunk.
