Was this outsourced to India? Who knows... but I'm surprised. Surprised at how many outrages are, apparently, not insufferable.

I got to stop watching stuff like that.
Anger doesn't begin to describe my reaction.
If that happened to me, I would have asked that moron her name, and if she refused, I would demand to speak to her supervisor and if she refused that ---- trust me, such a criminal abuse of power under the color of (delusional) authority, deserves only one thing : instant dismissal with prejudice. No second chance.
(Zero chance ever to work as a Federal Employee again!)

Second thoughts...
I have yet to learn if telephone calls to public agencies are recorded universally, and, if they are, if the caller is advised of the fact.
Any national legislator, in view of egregious abuses, should submit legislation that allows all callers, once advised that the call is being recorded, may, without explicit further conversation, record the call himself.
Failure to advise the caller that the call is being recorded, will be a felony.
(Yes, I understand that ALL our calls may be recorded NOW, so callers should be free to record calls too, for legal self defense.)

We need to use the NSA to find out who the IRS worker is and to get copies of all of her other calls.
That's what the purpose of the NSA is right? To prevent attacks on the Republic and the Constitution which it is founded upon?
