They'll certainly try to but they must tread carefully.They must make her look like a clueless fool (or worse) but do so in a way where she doesn't realize it.Otherwise the defense will have succeeded in making her look "sympathetic" and if *that* occurs she becomes a big plus (no pun intended) for the state.
