Today, June 27th, is DAY #14 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday Witness #8, Rachael Jeantel, did indeed take the stand. She will be back today to complete her testimony. This is the states key, and most important witness. This is also the witness we have exhaustively researched. Having quietly followed her social media, and having talked extensively, to her school classmates for over a year.
But before we discuss Jeantel, a summary:
[Yesterday] the morning saw two of the States witnesses testify, Jane Sudyka and Jeanee Manaloo, both of whom were residents of Twin Lakes at the time of the incident and who appeared to testify as to their observations that night. Manaloos cross-examination continued until after lunch, when she was followed by brief testimony from Ramona Rumph, the custodian of records for the police emergency call recordings.
Finally, the last of the States witnesses for the day was Rachel Jeantel, otherwise known as Dee-Dee, as Trayvon Martins 16-year-old girlfriend, and as the last person to speak with Martin before his deadly confrontation with George Zimmerman. (continue reading)

This is what is missing...and a response.
That was a question after they tried walking back that this was about racial profiling...you just have to watch it...if they ever post it...I would have shot myself after it..or maybe on air. It was full of lies. And the reporters asked some good questions.
This is what is missing...and a response.
Through ignorance churches filed a 501c3 which put them in shackles that if they spoke out about things they would have their tax exemption taken away. The ignorance came in the fact that they could never be taxed if they didn't file a 501c3 because of the Constitution. " The First Amendment clearly places the church outside the jurisdiction of the civil government: "Congress shall make NO LAW respecting an establishment of religion, nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof."
Read the whole article:
>> However a grab and shoot at close distance is very dangerous.
Be that as it may... it’s water under the bridge.
>> That’s exactly what the North Carolina AG said when he refused to prosecute Crystal Mangum. She went on to kill her boyfriend.
Is NC AG an elected office?
If yes... is he still occupying that office?
I just finished listening to it and it was hard to hear the reporters question, but I am almost positive that he/she had asked about the JJ and AS rally and that the Martins were standing there with them.
Dude. You’re in a hole; stop the digging, no matter how sophisticated your backhoe.
The judge replied, “Yes, after you leave the courtroom.”
How in any known universe might that be a reasonable reply to “Can I go home”?
I understand what you were talking about now. That lawyer did seem to change subjects awfully fast.
So you really think Rachel had a cell phone on her person? She carried no purse to the witness stand with her. Was it tucked in her bra? Was she asking permission to whip it out right there and use in the courtroom? Do you really think that she had been told before that she could not use her phone when she left the court? My "sophisticated backhoe" as you call it, makes more sense then you and some others thinking she asked if she could use her phone in the courtroom. Who is doing the digging? Seems to me it is YOU. Oh, and I am not a Dude.
>> I am not a Dude.
My apologies. Hereinafter I’ll address you as “Womoron”. Cool?
>> So you really think Rachel had a cell phone on her person?
Yep.
>> She carried no purse to the witness stand with her.
Neither did any other female witness. Golly... do you think that MAYBE that’s a common issue and MAYBE they have a way of dealing with it? Dumbass idiot broad. Oh, excuse me, dumbass idiot womoron.
>> Was she asking permission to whip it out right there and use in the courtroom?
No, womoron, and neither did she ask that. Why the judge chose to clarify is up to the judge. You’re a soul sister, why don’t you call her up and ask her?
>> Do you really think that she had been told before that she could not use her phone when she left the court?
Yes, womoron. Not only do I (a mere male mortal) really THINK that, but IT WAS IN THE JUDGE’S INSTRUCTIONS TO HER when she left the day before. It’s a matter of public record. Once your menopause/PMS hysteria fades, you could look it up. IF you’re too incompetent to figure out how, I’ll be happy to help.
For those of you with Facebook...
Cannot believe how many “likes” she has to her posts...
Her court nails are even here...up close...

It’s the truth...Like it or not.
I don't want to 'disagree', I only want to find the truth.
Here's the transcript:
JUDGE: "Miss Jeantel, we're going to allow you to go home,um, but I want to remind you that even though you are being excused from the court today , there is a possibility you may be called back to court to testify. So the subpoena that has been issued requiring you to be in court, is still in full force and effect. So if you are called back to testify, arrangements will be made for you to come back here, and you must be available under that subpoena. Until you are released by me, Okay. Do you understand?"
RACHEL: "Yes ma'am".
JUDGE: "Any questions."
RACHEL: "No."
JUDGE: "Ok, If you'll follow Cpl. Dence out of the courtroom, and when, after that we'll get the Jury back in."
(Rachel stands up and prepares to follow Cpl. Dence.)
RACHEL: "CAN I USE MY PHONE?"
JUDGE: "Pardon"
RACHEL: "CAN I USE MY PHONE?"
JUDGE: "As soon as you are out of the court ro..house you can."
Here is the VIDEO of the testimony so you can listen for yourself. GO TO THE 19:00 MARK.
BTW, I think you owe both of us an apology.

Very!
Think the Hannity interview brought some of that out. Probably part of his training.
