You may remember lessons when you were a child by your parent or Sunday School teacher that doing bad things leads to a life of ruin. That telling one little white lie often leads to other lies to cover up the first one, which can lead to worse things.
Which brings me to my disappointment in Marco Rubio and how he came to support the very policies he attacked liberal and now Democrat Charlie Crist for supporting in 2010.
By now, we all know that in 2010, Crist supported amnesty and Rubio attacked him for it. While some of us will be able to forgive Marco Rubios rather rapid shift toward the very position he once vocally opposed, others probably will not be so forgiving.

I am afraid that she is nothing but a tool. I guess we are going to have to primary her as well.
Speaking of Rubio getting that hug from Obama.
You know how I keep highlighting Rubio’s claims to GOP media that Obama will hate this bill, that this is not the bill that Obama wanted and that Obama ‘has to decide if he will sign this bill’ as if it will be a tough decision for him?
All these disingenuous statements are designed to fool gullible Republicans into thinking that this massive amnesty bill is a poke in Obama’s eye, rather than a huge legacy win.
Well if the Senate passes this monstrosity this week and Obama praises those who passed it and the bill(fully expected) , then wont this show Rubio as the snake oil salesman that he is?
Cruz is young and new. I figure at some point, for the right amount of money or after some threats to himself and his family, he will betray us too.
It’s sad, but these days, I don’t trust anyone in government anymore. Our leadership consists of thugs, pimps and prostitutes.
the politicians’ dilemma, “I just want to be popular”
“You like me, you really like me”
what about the man in the mirror test, when you are alone are you comfortable with yourself Mario ole son?
Anyone remember the old Jim Reeves novelty song called “Bimbo, Bimbo”?
Here’s the revised lyrics:
Rubio, Rubio, where you gonna go-ee-oo,
Rubio, Rubio, what’cha gonna do-ee-oo;
Rubio, Rubio, does Obama knoooooow,
You’re goin’ down the road, to let in all of Mexico.
Shame.
U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 4:
"The United States shall guarantee to every state in the union a republican form of government,
I have made a heart-promise.
In 2016, I will donate $1,000 to Rubio’s primary opponent.
There is no pain greater than the pain of betrayal.
I fear that as well... the immigration issue has perverted the intentions of elected officeholders who held such promise early on. It's great seeing Cruz take a tough stand, but how long will he be able to withstand the inevitable offer he CAN'T refuse?
Rubio just lied again on FOX news. He said that if it was left up to conservatives “nothing would get done” about border security because “they already say the border is secure.” Would someone show me ONE conservative who thinks that the border is secure.
“Cruz is young and new. I figure at some point, for the right amount of money or after some threats to himself and his family, he will betray us too.”
“Its sad, but these days, I dont trust anyone in government anymore. Our leadership consists of thugs, pimps and prostitutes.”

THE SHORT HAPPY LIFE OF MARCO RUBIO
The Rise and The Fall:
- From Mr. Nobody To US Senator
- From US Senator To Conservative Idol
- From Conservative Idol To Presumptive Savior Of The Republican Party
- From Presumptive Savior Of The Republican Party to "Gang Of Eight" RINO
- From "Gang Of Eight" RINO to Schumer/McCain Water-boy
- From Schumer/McCain Water-boy Back To Mr. Nobody
Rubio is looking really desperate and really stupid.
He sounded like a big fool on FNC a short time ago. He’s still pimping the same lines he was pimping two months ago. Obviously, he doesn’t know all the changes to the bill his ‘RAT pals have added over the past month.
He was speaker of the house in one of our largest staes. Hardly a nobody. Other than that, you pretty much got it right.
Cruz has already hinted to his being a typical Texan pol on amnesty—saying he’s for immigration “reform” and talking about the need to close the border “first”.
But, he’s better than the other beasts we have in there and he’s at least putting up a fight against this current bill.
Still, we should not be duped, as we were with all the GOP pols talking ‘border security first’, without specifying that they were for amnesty after (and now before) that.
Then he should know better. MUCH BETTER.
“Only Ted Cruz stands tall and can be trusted not to betray the country and conservative principles.”
I hope so but I remember when we said that about Rubio.
