Today, June 26th, is DAY #13 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. An explosive second day of deconstructed witness testimony took place yesterday. Which leads to the “big question”:
Will witness #8, Rachel Jeantel, be called to the stand today?
[Yesterday could] … only be characterized as an utter debacle for the prosecution in Florida v. Zimmerman. Besides the testimony of a couple of highly professional law enforcement witnesses, the testimony of the the other State witnesses ranged from signing George Zimmerman’s praises, to acknowledging the utility of following a suspicious person from a distance, to being utterly discredited by razor sharp cross-examination of the defense.
Before we even get to the disaster that was the State’s witnesses, however, we first have to discuss this morning’s hearing and the extent to which it evanescent is the State’s case against George Zimmerman. State: Zimmerman Is So Good, He Must Be Bad ............

I was speaking about the prosecution, they have to be doing this on purpose, no one can be this inept.

The 911 scream call has two other pops of unknown origin. Whether they’re actual scene noise or just some artifact of that call is unknown. “Three pop” testimony may be an indicator of a witness who heard the “scream” tape.
“I have a test I perform on people who believe that they SEE what they SEE, instead of what their mind stores as what it BELIEVES it saw. Everyone fails the test.”
I would make the WORST eye witness. When I’m with someone, I remember the personality and what he/she says, but I could not tell you if he/she wore glasses, if he had a moustache and/or a beard, was bald or had hair. He or she would have to be very tall or very short, obese or abnormally thin for me to remember their size and weight.
Look, the Prosecution is doing the best with what they got.
To be accurate, scratch the first three words of your sentence. It is exactly what she admitted to.

I don’t know if you missed it, but there was ANOTHER PHOTO of Trayvon (which was full length) that the witness had been shown, but the witness doesn’t remember ever seeing. That was what brought the attorney’s to the bench.

... or a witness that was coached by a prosecutor who heard the scream tape?
You know, the defense team should have made damn sure that Zimmerman either maintained his weight, or lost some. Gaining weight, especially as much as he did, was really dumb.
Is he even on the witness list ? Do you know if he even speaks English ?

Even the reporters are smoking something.
Around here their resonse to that with a look of total bafflement is, "Gringo?"
She said she did do one media interview for national TV but said they hid her face and disguised her voice.
I saw an ad for a TV show interview of her on a local Orlando station and her face was clearly shown and her voice was normal.
She must have done more than one TV interview. That biotch just lied under oath!!
