Today, June 26th, is DAY #13 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. An explosive second day of deconstructed witness testimony took place yesterday. Which leads to the big question:
Will witness #8, Rachel Jeantel, be called to the stand today?
[Yesterday could] only be characterized as an utter debacle for the prosecution in Florida v. Zimmerman. Besides the testimony of a couple of highly professional law enforcement witnesses, the testimony of the the other State witnesses ranged from signing George Zimmermans praises, to acknowledging the utility of following a suspicious person from a distance, to being utterly discredited by razor sharp cross-examination of the defense.
Before we even get to the disaster that was the States witnesses, however, we first have to discuss this mornings hearing and the extent to which it evanescent is the States case against George Zimmerman. State: Zimmerman Is So Good, He Must Be Bad ............

Lunch time until 1:00.
This is one very confused witness....
She’s saying GZ was on top... during the scuffle AND when the shot(s) went off. That’s damaging testimony... or, at least it WOULD be... if she wasn’t such a dunce.
Now, she’s saying she couldn’t actually SEE out of the window? Sheesh...
This trial is such a farce and the message is already been sent. You better just take your beating from whatever black thug decides to give it to you. The left hates self defense.
Take your beating or lose everything including your freedom.
Thanks UC!!
O’Mara gets Manalo to admit she based her determination of who was bigger based on a photo of Martin in a football uniform. She said he looked 17 in that photo. (The photo was taken several years earlier.)
She said she doesn’t know who is bigger now. Another witness discredited.
Anyone know a good twitter hash tag related to the trial? Thanks in advance.
Score one for Ben Crump and his propaganda campaign.
The picture speaks for itself. She didn't say she didn't see him like that, she says she only saw him from the side.
The important thing is that the photo was shown to the jury. If she wants to dance around the evidence, then it only goes to discrediting her as a witness.
That is so racist.
(Just kidding).
That was the description from one of the police officers on scene. Since it was lightly raining, one would presume that he would be 'wet' front, back, side, and top.
One might assume that what the officer meant was that the back of his clothing was soaked, indicating that he had been laying on his back on the water soaked ground.
The 7 Eleven video and that deep “hello” when he answered the phone there will turn these two morning witnesses.
I feel like I should hear Vinnie Gambino saying “I’m done with this guy.”
>> She now says it was Zimmerman on top punching Trayvon.
Well, that would explain the injuries on Zimmerman’s hands, while Martin’s hands were uninjured.
~~oh wait~~
Eggzactly! :^}
You've got two guys.
One has obviously had the S@#*! beaten out of him.
The other doesn't have a scratch, except for a single fatal gunshot wound.
Which one do YOU think was yelling for help?
The general rule is that you throw out your best witnesses early and then use the lousy witnesses at the end. Sometimes you save your best witness for last, but since first impressions are the most important, you usually send in the best witness early.
So far the State has not proved any element of the crime. They still haven't established that George Zimmerman was the shooter. All they have is a dead body and a bunch of witnesses who either back up Zimmerman's story (which has not yet been presented) or who have significant credibility issues.
The best witness by far was the Neighborhood Watch lady. She obviously liked Zimmerman and Zimmerman obviously liked her. The Prosecution failed to get anything of value from her. They called her up to establish an evil motive by Zimmerman and it backfired big time. She made Zimmerman look like the most responsible person in that neighborhood.
The timing situation isn’t clear herem because her testimony has varied. She’s been unclear at what point she saw the “shadows”. If that was after hearing the shot, what she may have seen is the period when Zimmerman had rolled out from under Martin, and was kneeling over him holding his hands down on the lawn.
Great opportunity to make the jury aware of the disparity regarding the various photos, though. BDLR working hard to keep them ignorant.
AND with a photo of Trayvon in his hoodie, which showed only the head area, and not the rest of his body, which would have given a size reference.
Something I have noticed is that several of these 'prized' witnesses for the Prosecution do not have ENGLISH as their FIRST LANGUAGE.
That would indicate, to me, that there could be plenty of discrepancy between what they THOUGHT they were being asked, and what they answered with.
I have a friend who is Hispanic and speaks English, but communicating complex ideas is very difficult, on both sides of the conversation.
>> The lying left is going to try to say that Z broke his own nose and bloodied his own head.
Fortunately the lying left doesn’t get a jury vote.
