Today, June 26th, is DAY #13 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. An explosive second day of deconstructed witness testimony took place yesterday. Which leads to the big question:
Will witness #8, Rachel Jeantel, be called to the stand today?
[Yesterday could] only be characterized as an utter debacle for the prosecution in Florida v. Zimmerman. Besides the testimony of a couple of highly professional law enforcement witnesses, the testimony of the the other State witnesses ranged from signing George Zimmermans praises, to acknowledging the utility of following a suspicious person from a distance, to being utterly discredited by razor sharp cross-examination of the defense.
Before we even get to the disaster that was the States witnesses, however, we first have to discuss this mornings hearing and the extent to which it evanescent is the States case against George Zimmerman. State: Zimmerman Is So Good, He Must Be Bad ............

Zimmerman is 5’7” I believe in real life. Police did not measure him.

Wow!!!!! The “prosecution” witness just became a defense witness. Noise was moving RIGHT TO LEFT.
Couldnt identify them that night too dark. But after seeing tv she was transported back into time
The ME report states Martin was 5'11, 158 lbs.
This one doesn’t know what defer means either.
But on the news Trayvon was a 5 foot nothing 100 pound 12 year old.
Could you ping me to these threads of possible...Thanks.
That’s what media wants people to believe. They should be charged with tampering with evidence.
okay so he’s 5’8” not 5’9” which means what? He’s still smaller than Martin by a few inches. Thanks for making my point. Zimmerman is the smaller one out of the two and was thin at the time of the incident.
I totally agree. The defense will bring up the size difference and point out that Trayvon was the taller one.
That’s why her determining who was on top throwing punches based on after the fact news reports should be discredited by O’Mara.

Yes, the defense will do that. Getting her to say one was on top of the other throwing punches jibes with what Zimmerman said happened. Now just pointing out that Trayvon was the bigger -meaning the one on top according to her - will be detrimental to the state’s case.
Oh brother.
The defense shows Manalo a picture of George Zimmerman’s bloodied, beaten face after she said she saw him right after the shooting. She says she didn’t see his face like that. How the heck does that happen if she’s telling the truth/
Thank you for commenting on what is happening for those unable to watch.
Manalo is coming off as another witness who wants to convict Zimmerman with new testimony never mentioned in her depositions.
She said she only saw him from the side, and earlier she said she never left the house, and it was dark, and it was raining. I believe that part.
