Today, June 26th, is DAY #13 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. An explosive second day of deconstructed witness testimony took place yesterday. Which leads to the big question:
Will witness #8, Rachel Jeantel, be called to the stand today?
[Yesterday could] only be characterized as an utter debacle for the prosecution in Florida v. Zimmerman. Besides the testimony of a couple of highly professional law enforcement witnesses, the testimony of the the other State witnesses ranged from signing George Zimmermans praises, to acknowledging the utility of following a suspicious person from a distance, to being utterly discredited by razor sharp cross-examination of the defense.
Before we even get to the disaster that was the States witnesses, however, we first have to discuss this mornings hearing and the extent to which it evanescent is the States case against George Zimmerman. State: Zimmerman Is So Good, He Must Be Bad ............

I’d like to know who her handler is. She certainly should not be anywhere without somebody on the other end of the leash.
Everything she knows about this event has been memorized but when asked for something off script she gets flustered.
The more she talks the more the lies unravel and the more Tracy laughs uncontrollably and the more dagger eyes Sybrina gives her and him — it’s precious and has been well worth the wait.
But we want more —
She might have to go to the hospital again!
Excellent point. And judging just by TM's social interactions, it looks as though he was indeed into "fights and fighting". But the defense won't be allowed to mention that, of course.
And whats the big deal about GZ telling the police - in older 911 calls - that a suspect is black?
If you will note, all of the NEM operators asked about the race of the perps. It is apparently standard procedure vs. it being a racist overture on Z's part. Playing the calls showed that clearly. So another epic FAIL for the state.
It’s a shame she couldn’t write down what she remembered as it came to her. From the looks of the letter the friend helped her write that was not possible.
Her mother is from Haiti. No mention of where the father is from. But they are providing her wants.
I’d much rather be called a Ritz.
Just sayin.....
L M A O !!!
Her father is from Dominican Republic but she lives with her mom. From the way it sounds she has a lawsuit against ABC and Crump for taping her and playing it. She only thought the family and Crump would be there —
Damn! Great minds think alike!
To each their own!
Far be it from be to be crackerbrandist. :-)
But of course! LOL!
Switching to today’s thread now.....see ya there.
