I would say that Prop 8 is in trouble.

The Momentum is with the Peter-puffers.

With Reagan’s Kennedy the poissible key, I am not encouraged. Or maybe Kennedy’s vote won’t be needed at all. Kennedy was really a Ford man; so was O’Connor. Ford said John Paul Stevens was his greatest accomplishment in public life, but he forgot to thank Reagan for Kennedy and O’Connor.

gay people, if they are citizens, have the same rights as any body else, nothing more, nothing less.

They are not “special” “cool” and are far from enlightened and I wouldn’t wish the belief that one is “gay” on any of my friends or family. I doubt your hope for your child is that they are “gay”. You might hope they become a doctor, or you might hope they strike it rich, but I doubt you would hope they become “gay”.

My prediction is DOMA is tossed, but the states will retain the power to define marriage, so Prop 8 will stay. Of course, this depends on how compromised Roberts is.. after he effectively re-wrote the Obamacare mandate case to fit that pre-determined “it’s a tax” outcome... who knows?

We ought not be forced to celebrate sodomy. We cannot comply, regardless of the decision.

When the State makes laws commanding us to do that which God forbids—or makes laws that forbid us to do those things God has Commanded-We obey God rather than the State.Divine Law necessarily trumps human laws .April 15,1550 to the Holy Roman Emperor by those citizens he attempted force compromise their religion. As true today as when published as part of the Magdeburg Confession. It matters not if the Imperial Court in America in the year of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Anno Domini April 26,2013 nullify the Constitution -or defend it—The christian is to obey God-and the Sacred Writing does NOT compromise in calling “marriage” the union of a man and a woman Nowhere does it advocate same sex behavior for it is an Abomination.Once upon a time in America it was rightly understood as a crime so infamous one dare not speak of it.Worthy of death -or expulsion.

God says one man, one woman for life. SCOTUS says marry your farm animals. Who is right?
