Snowden Possibly to Remain in Russia - WikiLeaks
RIA Novost ^ | 06/26/2013 | Bobby Yip

MOSCOW, June 26 (RIA Novosti) - The whistleblowing organization WikiLeaks said on its Twitter feed on Wednesday that former CIA employee Edward Snowden, wanted by the United States for leaking state secrets, may be permanently stuck in Russia.

“Cancelling Snowden's passport and bullying intermediary countries may keep Snowden permanently in Russia,” WikiLeaks said on its Twitter feed, but did not specify the names of intermediary countries.

The United States has issued a warrant for Snowden’s arrest on charges of leaking details of a US surveillance program and cancelled his US passport, which Washington says should prevent him from traveling internationally.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that Snowden, whose whereabouts had been the subject of international speculation for the past two days, was in the transit area of a Moscow airport.

Seemingly small matters can be the spark that sets the world on fire.

A long time ago a penniless young Serb shot an Austrian archduke and his wife. Because of a web of alliances and the hurt feelings and pride of a few stupid heads of state WW1 began.

So Russia refuses to extradite Snowden to the USSA. Zero has his feelings and pride hurt. Zero has a tantrum and lashes out at Putin by meddling in Syria in some childish manner. Putin gets pissed off and quickly sends the S-300 missile systems to Syria... possibly shuttling them there quickly using a few Antonov cargo jets. This results in US fighters going down trying to maintain a no-fly zone.

It could happen.... foolishness of this sort has happened before.

If the NSA can revoke passports from US citzens for tardy tax backpayers surely they can revoke one from a double agent. (law was passed by the senate last year)

Oh! Well, I have a question to those poster at Moscow Times:

“Just what, exactly, has Private Snowjob stolen and/or revealed that is of any consequence?

Nothing, Nada, Zip, Bupkus, Blato, Boring...

Snowjob is a symptom, the government is the disease.

You gonna treat the symptom and hope the disease doesn’t waste you?

Me?

Excise the boil.

Russia has several options, from granting political asylum or citizenship to helping Snowden to negotiate asylum or citizenship elsewhere, and providing transportation under diplomatic cover to whichever country wanted him. Putin could fly him there himself, on the Russian equivalent of ‘Air Force One.’

That’s a good point too. Sadly, if WWIII emerges, Bathouse Barry will be partying it up with his bunker butt buddies in the White House nuke shelter. It would be like the time Nero plays the fiddle while Rome burns. If re-incarnation does exist, Obummer has some remarkable similarities. They were both flaming homos and Nero often participated in gay marriages at his palace with his male lovers. Sometimes Nero would play the bride.

That’s silly. Obama “claiming” something is ridiculous as a standard of the seriousness with which it must be handled. As for living forever in an airport, the Russians are currently big on common sense. Like no new mosques building in Moscow, a ban on homosexual propaganda, no adoptions to countries that allow gays to adopt.

They would have no problem whatsoever granting asylum for humanitarian reasons, and then allowing Snowden to release more info on how the NSA (US Military) is spying domestically like the Stasi. As for the accusation that they are behind the “spy” allegations. Snowden has been revealing that WE are the targets of the snooping.

He’ll stay there and find a nice woman, and start writing is my guess. This might get fun.

Putin has a dark past but he is going to be loved by free people all over the world in the end if he keeps this up.

I’m certain Snowden will still get the royal treatment from Russia, but at the same time they could claim they are following legal procedures in regards to the asylum request. That way they can have their cake and eat it too. Meanwhile it makes Barry look like a global bully. Barry’s getting played big time.

There is a REASON team 0bama ‘forgot’ to put Snowden’s name on the Interpol list, FAILING to revoke his Passport: 0bama is in on this wholesale giveaway of America’s national security and the outing of the NSA, while pretending that he’s not. ‘False flag’ people!!!

Charges were filed against Snowden on June 14th - why didn’t they evoke his passport at that time? I can’t think of an ulterior motive but I’m pretty sure there is one.

that’s an easy one.
everything this administration does is either to make them look good or more dismantling of a democratic America.
because of that, things are going to get mish mashed.

I thought about the false flag potential too until I realized the goofiness of some of Barry’s operatives in Beijing. Some of these folks I met are shining examples of ‘The Three Stooges.’ Most of them can’t keep their mouths’ shut for more than 10 seconds. I called them the ‘Gossip Girls.’ I really thought they were funny until I discovered last year they knew how to hack into my emails and even told me so. Then I realized they’re bozos but also dangerous.

Putin today on it. He sounds like he couldn’t care less about how it appears.

“He dismissed American criticisms that Russia is helping Snowden as “ravings and rubbish,” according to Reuters, and told a news conference in Finland: “I myself would prefer not to deal with these issues. It’s like giving a baby pig a haircut: There’s a lot of squealing, but there’s little wool.”

Demonstrating Barry’s weakness and totalitarianism is all they want.

It’s a good strategy. The ball is in Russia’s court. By playing it cool, it makes them look more diplomatic than the fake-ass Nobel Peace Prize winner.

I think Putin can still give citizenship unilaterally, or the Russian Duma can.

If I were Putin, I'd make Snowden a non-extradictable citizen of Russia. And, as for employment, I'd hook him up with my fellow KGB-alum Eugene Kaspersky, of consumer anti-virus fame (LOL). The idea: create a Kremlin-funded subsidiary aimed at vacuuming the US dry.
