A new website is calling for a grassroots effort to recall Arizona Senators Jeff Flake and John McCain. The recall petitions are based firmly on the grounds of the Senators support of the Immigration Reform Amnesty Bill. The two Gang of Eight Senators have chosen to turn their backs on those who voted them into office and it is high time that Arizona gets their payback on the two RINO Senators.
The website, senatorflake.com, is very simple. They are not begging for donations and do not appear to be in the data harvesting business. This would appear to be an individual or group of citizens who have simply had enough and are looking to take action.
Arizonas Constitution, Article 8, Section 1 states:
Every public officer in the state of Arizona, holding an elective office, either by election or appointment, is subject to recall from such office by the qualified electors of the electoral district from which candidates are elected to such office. Such electoral district may include the whole state. Such number of said electors as shall equal twenty-five per centum of the number of votes cast at the last preceding general election for all of the candidates for the office held by such officer, may by petition, which shall be known as a recall petition, demand his recall.
The site originally started with a singular goal to recall Jeff Flake but due to popular demand they decided to add John McCain to their hit list. The site features this YouTube video which clearly shows the complete turnaround McCain has done on immigration reform. Complete the danged fence. Those are John McCains exact words.

Every blue-blooded-freedom-loving American wants these two Senators gone. Lets put them both out to pasture
Good for them!
As an aside, I wonder if that provision can be applied to U.S. Senators. I doubt it as the Federal provision that they serve 6 years highly, likely trumps the State provision. But anyway ...
Good for them!
Hell yes!
I don’t live in Arizona but is contribute money!
EXCELLENT!!
There is no legal avenue for recalling Senators.
I’m IN 100% Get those Progressives TRAITORS OUT now!!!!
Can we throw Brewer in there too?
If I were McCain or Flake, I’d be laughing at you too. :)
This is idiocy.
Conservatives have limited resources and energy.
Why pursue something that 100% would get struck down even if successful?
Recalls of senators are clearly unconstitutional.
This is a misdirection of effort.
According to this, US Senators CANNOT be recalled.

You can't recall a US senator. Removing a sitting US senator requires expulsion from the senate body and that will never happen.
Hell yes!
I dont live in Arizona but is contribute money!

If this gets legs, I’ll support them some financially also.
They need to get some technical help on this. True-the-Vote has put together some good stuff and the automated processes that was set up by (or for?) www.mdpetitions.com are excellent also. the Arizona group might want to try to contact these organizations for some advice/referrals.
If it’s going to be done, do it right!
Music to my ears!
It’s good for them to get the pitchforks and torches. But remember voters were burning their GOP membership cards in 2007 when McCain was helping Kennedy with amnesty, and McCain is still in office. What does it take to get rid of him?
Oh, I see some posters have pointed out that US Senators can’t be recalled. If true, then nevermind.
IIRC Arizona's Proposition 200 got about 50 percent of the votes of Americans of Hispanic origin -- that's substantially more than Republican candidates get.
The recall should get the support of all who voted for Arizona Proposition 200.
That's how you get the vote, you dopey RINOs!
Just a thought.
McLame has been on record for almost a decade as being in favor of open borders and amnesty. The voters of Arizona had those facts long before they voted YET AGAIN to send him back to DC.
Looks like there are 18 states that can.
“The 18 states allowing for recall are as follows: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington and Wisconsin.”
