There is no legal avenue for recalling Senators.
Looks like there are 18 states that can.

According to Judge Napalitano, the laws governing electing and changing candidates or Senate offices in NJ are whatever NJ law says that it is... so the same must hold true for Arizona?

Yes there is.
I just looked it up and found that 18 states plus the District of Columbia have provisions for recalling a Senator. The DU people once tried to recall McCain for being too much of a hawk. That was in 2007.
Arizona constitution allows for recalls of ALL elected officials in the state; whether local, state, or federal elected officials.
